Three DeKalb County teenagers and the mother of one of them remained
in the Gwinnett County jail Monday on charges of robbing a bank and then
leading police on a high-speed chase.
Around 9 a.m. Friday,
Tawander Simmons, 35, of Stone Mountain and two teenagers held up a
Wells Fargo Bank in the 5500 block of Lawrenceville Highway in Lilburn
while the third teen waited in the car, police said.

Consider that the genetic nucleus for African-America was IQ-70 slaves who had previously had all natural totally-organic existence - no evil vaccinations, no evil immunizations, no destructive junk food, no degenerative hormone-laden meat, or any other decadent modern diet and medicines. If not for 400 years of miscegenetic mating, greatly improving the black gene pool, the problems you describe would be much worse.

who measured the "IQ" of slaves?
See Table 4.1, Lynn, "Race Differences in Intelligence," for a total of 51 peer-reviewed literature publications from a large assortment of researchers testing Sub-Saharan Africans, results listed by country. The average IQ found is about 69. It was certainly no better in the slave-trading days.
Recognize further, that those who were caught and transported, were likely a less-intelligent subset who were too dense to pickup on what was happening, even though it went on continuously for 400 years. The smarter folks figured it out and split for safer existence deeper in the jungles.
Better revise that earlier post to IQ-65...

Maybe they were trying to quit smoking. Pfizer's Chantix has been described as the leading prescription drug to help smokers quit according to post-gazette.com...
Meanwhile TIME Healthland and W.C. Douglass, M.D. are reporting it is the number one prescription drug linked to violence by its users. Over 100 suicides have been reported by users of Chantix so far, according to Doc Douglass.
Here's what TIME Healthland had to say about it, and I'm sure Pfizer sponsored the last line, just like post-gazette.com mentioned that some of the "peers" that reviewed the drug were employees of Pfizer or had received "research grants" from them:
"1) Varenicline (Chantix) The anti-smoking medication Chantix affects the nicotinic acetylcholine receptor, which helps reduce craving for smoking. Unfortunately, it's 18 times more likely to be linked with violence compared to other drugs — by comparison, that number for Xyban is 3.9 and just 1.9 for nicotine replacement. Because Chantix is slightly superior in terms of quit rates in comparison to other drugs, it shouldn't necessarily be ruled out as an option for those trying to quit, however."
Nothing more effective in breaking the habit than killing your self, huh?
