Demonstrators in Tahrir were deeply divided, though, about which of Egypt’s other leading politicians they did support. A few mentioned Ayman Nour, the once-jailed leader of the Ghad party who held a rally in downtown Cairo last night.
Even fewer voiced their support for Mohamed ElBaradei, the former IAEA chief; indeed, while hundreds of demonstrators who surrounded him tonight seized the media’s attention, thousands of other protesters nearby took no notice of his speech.
“ElBaradei has been outside of Egypt for 40 years,” said Mohammad Hassan, a dry cleaner from Giza, shortly after ElBaradei spoke. “He doesn’t know the Egyptian people.”

off, you got riots. I just finished listening to Obama's comments on Egypt. He applauded the people for their uprising and criticized the Egyptian government.
My problem with this is HOW ARE YOU GONNA BE THE HEAD OF THE WORLDS LARGEST POLICE STATE, CRITICIZING ANOTHER POLICE STATE?
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE AS BLACK PPL IN AMERICA PROTESTED THE FACT THAT THE UNITED STATES ACTIVELY CONSPIRES TO IMPRISON AS MANY OF US AS IT CAN (http://unitedblackamerica.com/book-review), FORBIDS ACCESS TO THE BEST POSSIBLE FOOD AND MEDICINE, AND LEVY'S FELONIES ON MOTHERS WHO TRY TO SEND THEIR KIDS TO BETTER (white) SCHOOLS (http://unitedblackamerica.com/wtf-black-mother-gets-felony-for-sending-kids-to-a-better-school).
We all already know what would happen.

What they are doing with Elbaradei is what the USA wanted to do with that one guy we tried to install as Iraqi "president." What was that guy's name?
