drop some posts recently...but finally figured how to reestablish blog account...you know me...aint no technomonster... i'm here in the V.I. soaking up all that vitamin D...eating my ital...trying to stay healthy aint much for raw food here so got some greens, veggies, pumpkin, coconut rice, beans and plenty water
