Whatever "rule" you broke was an unfair rule used to exploit young athletes. Tell the NCAA you have nothing for which to apologize. Tell them you wish you had gotten MORE money when you were setting Rose Bowl records on national television.

The NCAA is a business. It makes billions of dollars each year in TV licensing agreements with the Networks who in turn make tens of billions selling beer commercials, processed food commercials, diabetes drug commercials and erectile dysfunction commercials. These commercials are used to sell things to an increasingly dumbed-down population of obese, obedient, borderline sick, consumers ... who no longer even see themselves as citizens capable of self-determination.

When Reggie Bush was on TV the Nielsen ratings skyrocketed. His coach made $3 Million per year, while Reggie and his family got by on cash loans from crooked agents.

But. Reggie is handling it like every other Plantation Negro product of the Plantation School system: Shut up. 'Apologize' and take the money. Where is the spirit of Curt Flood? Where is the spirit of Jim Brown?
