It's not clear what writer Tim Padgett is hoping to accomplish by the article, although it's possibly meant to put pressure on Jamaica and drive down tourism. Recently the BBC did a report claiming Iraqi homosexuals were better under Saddam. Now Time has an article sounding the alarm about Jamaica with the title: "The Most Homophobic Place on Earth?"

Perhaps Padgett hopes he can start a movement to boycott Jamaica as a tourist location. Starting a new drumbeat or a new consensus is the dream of all journalists. "How many drumbeats have you started in your career?" is the ultimate benchmark of journalistic accomplishment.

Members of the MSM are practicing imperial liberalism. Not only must left-wing principals be upheld in West, but in the rest of the world as well. Jamaica has a high crime rate, but more important than that to Time is the country's high homophobia rate, which surely must represent a worse threat to the country's security.

Jamaica Strikes Back At The Gay Lobby

Jamaica has been under attack for some time. The government is being pressured via boycotts and negative media campaigns to compel the people of Jamaica to "accept" homosexuality.

Unlike the frightened conformists of America, the Jamaicans have drawn a line in the sand and refuse to be intimidated by the gay lobby. They insist their attitudes and opinions are not a product of "homophobia" but a product of their Christian culture.

The fact that many Jamaicans are bad Christians is a completely different matter altogether. For Jamaicans, the issue of homosexuality is a deeply cultural and spiritual matter.

In the eyes of Jamaicans, to say that homosexuality is right, is to say that God is wrong, and that will never happen.
Homosexuality is not merely an issue of a different value system, or issues of "preference" or "choice". It is an issue that strikes at the very core of a belief system that is rooted in the Bible, and one that Jamaicans have valued since time immemorial, and a belief system that defines and calibrates who we are.

One of the most effective strategies of the homosexual lobby (with the help of its local agents) is to force you into a corner by saying that if you dislike the behaviour you automatically dislike the person. That's a trick that hasn't worked with me. Some of the nicest, kindest, brightest and most creative people I know are homosexuals, and some of the meanest and most obnoxious human beings I know are heterosexuals, and vice versa. The issue is sin, not sexual orientation, and all of us, both gays and "straights" are guilty in the eyes of God even when we don't even know it. The wonderful thing is that God's grace is sufficient for all of us.

ISAIAH WASHINGTON FIRED FROM 'GREY'S ANATOMY' - HOMOS DON'T KNOW WHEN TO STOP.

LOS ANGELES -- Isaiah Washington has lost his job on the hit ABC medical drama "Grey's Anatomy," five months after creating a furor with his use of an anti-gay slur.

Washington's contract option was not renewed for next season, series producer ABC Television Studios said Thursday.

"I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore," Washington said in a statement released through his publicist, Howard Bragman, without elaboration.

He drew fire after using the anti-gay epithet backstage at the Golden Globe Awards in January while denying he'd used it previously on the set against cast mate T.R. Knight.

Gay rights groups and cast member Katherine Heigl, who publicly denounced Washington, were among his most vocal critics.

"This is something that will have changed the scope of his life," Heigl told Entertainment Weekly last month. Washington was "sorry and embarrassed" for the mistake, she said.

Washington tried to make amends and said he was seeking therapy.

He also met with officials from the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network and the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and filmed a public service announcement in which he said "words have power" to hurt or heal.

The May finale of "Grey's Anatomy" opened the door for the departure of his character. Burke was on the verge of marrying Dr. Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh), but her doubts at first delayed and then derailed their splashy wedding.

Later, Yang found that Burke cleared out his favorite possessions from their apartment.

In May, Bragman said the actor intended to spend the summer working and not worrying about the show. Washington intended to continue his charity work in Sierra Leone, which a DNA test showed to be his ancestral home, and work on an independent movie.

SOPRANOS: Gangsta Rap For White Boys?

Last nights finale of the Sopranos was one of the highest rated shows for HBO in years.

The New York Times described the series, which has won 18 Emmy awards, as "widely proclaimed as the greatest drama ever created for television."

Early in the season, Tony dropped off a stripper from the Bada Bing, got some head in the driveway before driving home to his wife. Later in the season he pistol whipped a man before stomping out his teeth.

Tony Soprano has murdered friends, stolen, killed innocent people, cheated on his wife, used the "N word" and sniffed cocaine. Yet he is one of the most popular characters on television. Tony has become the High-Def alter-ego for marginalized white men all over America.

All that's cool. It's fiction. TV. I've watched the show since it first aired.

But where are the cries of misogyny? Does The Sopranos defame white women? Does the Sopranos make blue collar Italians from New Jersey more prone to violence? Time Warner owns both Interscope and HBO. Are little white girls at Mount Holyoke forming 'letter writing' campaigns" like their counterparts at Spellman?

James Gandolfini, who was paid over $20 Million per season, could appear on Oprah tomorrow, and that confused heifer would welcome him with tears of joy, highlights of the show and extended ovation from her dumb ass audience of sycophants. Yet she treats young black men who portray similar characters as pariahs.

What really gets me is the Self Righteous Negros calling to crucify brothers for telling similar stories in Rap Music while hosting "Soprano Parties" to watch white boys do the same thing.

A key architect of the Pentagon's policy on homosexual troops, Powell said the country is moving away from the attitudes about gays it had in 1993, when the policy was adopted. But he stopped short of calling for a redesign while the country is at war.

Alliant Techsystems Inc., the Edina-based munitions maker (and division of Honeywell) that is the U.S. Army's sole supplier of bullets, said Thursday it can't keep up with demand from the Army, which is rising to its highest level since the Vietnam War.

Alliant made 1 billion rounds of small-caliber ammunition last year for the Army and will make 1.2 billion rounds this year. But the Army intends to set its annual requirement significantly higher, possibly as high as 2 billion rounds a year, and plans to look for a second supplier, Alliant Chief Executive Officer Daniel Murphy said.

"I think we've got to be prepared to take aggressive military action against the Iranians to stop them from killing Americans in Iraq," Lieberman told Bob Schieffer. "And to me, that would include a strike into... over the border into Iran, where we have good evidence that they have a base at which they are training these people coming back into Iraq to kill our soldiers."

The Indepedent former Democrat from Connecticut said that he was not calling for an invasion of Iran, but he did say the U.S. should target specific training camps.

Questioning his wife's citizenry is a valid question. Conservatives love to say how the Congress is not following the will of the people (ie. latest attempt at an immigration bill). Now it's clear that the will of the people in the U.S. is basically to end the war in Iraq, based upon the poor Republican showing in the last election. Now this nincompoop wants us to go into Iran and spread the conflagration? And why is that Iran can't make nuclear bombs? If the U.S. is the big bully on the block threatening countries, has taken over Iraq and a close neighbor (Israel) has them wouldn't it be rational to do all you can in the interest of national sovereignty to do all you can to achieve nuclear capability?
