1 Glass of Stinging Nettle per day in your body, will change your life more than an extra $100 per day in your bank account. The Plantation does not want Negros hip to the Stinging Nettle. The benefits of this herb are too many to mention but I will try: extremely high levels of minerals, especially, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium, phosphorous, manganese, silica, iodine, silicon, sodium, and sulfur. The nettle also provides chlorophyll and tannin, and it's an amazing source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, and B complex vitamins. Nettles also have high levels of easily absorbable amino acids. Peep this: Nettle is ten percent protein, more than any other vegetable.
Stinging Nettle. Change Your Life. Remember Where You Heard It First. Remember Where You Heard It Best.

I am on blood thinners right now after an emergency situation I
couldn't avoid. I was told I must take these blood thinners for a year
after a barrage of blood and genetics tests can't explain why I ended up
with several blood clots in both lungs.I was told I was a medical miracle and how many don't make it to the hospital with such a condition. During my almost-week stay, I was actually asymptomatic. In a state of marvel, the hemotologist said I was otherwise perfectly healthy.
I'm not crazy about the idea of being on drugs for a year. I was told to avoid Vitamin K rich foods such as cranberies and dark greens like kale. (ugh)
Then I took a look at Stinging Nettle. While the fresh form is rich in Vit K, the dried form is actually low in K and used to thin the blood. I sure would rather have tea each day (to thin the blood) than take a potentially dangerous drug like Coumadin.
I may talk to my doctor about this, although there's a 99.9% chance a doctor trained in the US won't know how the heck to respond to my request to investigate an herbal alternative.

hoaxes, masonic occult fiction, and ignant her-bal prescriptions. keep it up and you'll be thinning the herd rather than "thinning the blood"!
p.s., if you got time to delete my comments denmarkvesey, you got time to tell the hugh where he can get him a batch of stankin-nuttles, right?
