At what point in time do you believe that President Obama gave the approval for his CIA to run such clandestine operations in Libya, elsewhere?

My question was not actually aimed at you despite the labeling.
Of course I was talking to those who (what do they say?) "Can't accept that a Black man named Obama is the President of the United States".
They would rather not make the linkages between the subversive actions of "The CIA" and the "Economic Hitman" - now that a "Favorable President" is in power.

What difference does it make CF?
1) By understanding that OBAMA IS "Da Man" now - the Black people who have fused their racial consciousness onto Obama - PRETENDING that he is THEIR representative who entered the "dark cavern" seeking to CHALLENGE the system - has actually used their HOPES for community development for the benefit of THE SYSTEM.
2) The people in Libya who are "struggling" against the system are little different than those who struggle in the USA - except the government of Libya is likely to see "Da West" as "Da Man" whereas American strugglers are made to project this image upon "Da Man" - who just happens to be their IDEOLOGICAL ENEMY instead of the President (see #1)
3) Whereas the narrative from Haiti (and the development of the HIV virus) has been that clandestine operatives from the USA - guided by the US President - have worked to undercut the interests of "undesirable people". By forcing them to UPDATE their talking points - with the inclusion of a "favorable president" - they have the option of REMAINING CONSISTENT in their indictments OR - just remaining SILENT and hoping that no one notices the crickets chirping.
4) THERE IS NO DAMNED DIFFERENCE IN ACTION. There is ONLY differences in the REACTION of those who are starters in the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" that they have been ensnared in DESPITE this wise brother's warnings of the consequences.
