Love your daughter's superhero-in-training stance.

lol ... what's up Dude?

You called it!

Yeah man. Daughter's are a trip.

I thought I knew everything about women till she grew up.

Showing me something new everyday. Powerfully feminine.

Completely oblivious to that mainstream meme that women 'are less than' or 'oppressed' or at war with men.

She digs being a girl. 'Doing the things boys do' is not her idea of success.

She is an athlete, but has no desire to play on the boys baseball team.

When her brothers open the car do for her she says "thank you". When she surprises them with a plate of food for lunch, she smiles as they thank her profusely.

She seems to have no desire to be an 'astronaut', or a 'CEO' or a gynecologist. She wants to be a mother. She wants to create art.

I expect her future to be very bright and serene.

DV, I really admire you, wanting your girl to be a mother. Do you know how rare that is in this day an age?

Some women and a certain type of male, would say she is fool for wanting that.

Thank you Anonymous.

Appreciate that.

But I am a bit uncomfortable being admired for something as natural, obvious and simple ... as wanting my daughter to grow up to be a mother.

I can't help but think ... who wouldn't?

Have we reached that point as a people?

Have the Technocrats and Eugenicists managed mass perception so effectively that fathers that look forward to their daughter's giving birth are unusual?

That worries me Anonymous.

I can't imagine anything more fulfilling than seeing my daughter become a wife and a mother one day.

What could possibly make a father more proud?

Watch his daughter become the first astronaut to walk on Mars?

Elected President of the United States?

I don't know?

Somebody tell me.

If not a wife and mother ... what?

Veseyyyy!!! Although I'm in uni, and change the career that I wanna do every other month, my father very supportively tells me, listen, the best career in the world for a woman is to be a mother.

I think we're related.
