that looks great. my favorite is almond milk over blueberries, bananas, chopped almonds, granola and honey. it usually keeps me nourished for a food part of the day.

Looks tasty.

Do you buy most of your organic products from Whole Foods or the farmer's market?

Why do you trust the organic stamp from these places?

Go head Sista Nurse.

(I aint much of a blueberry man myself.)

Hey Chosen.

That does sound good.

From where do you get your almond milk? Wife just recently stopped buying the almond milk that comes in cartons from the health food store.

She was explaining that most of the almond milk in cartons is irradiated. You want to avoid irradiated foods.

Good thing is making your own almond milk is as easy as brewing a pot of coffee.

All you need is a blender and a nut bag instead of a pot and a filter.

Tastes really good and it is far fresher and much more nutritious.

Hey Big Man.

Get some stuff from Whole Foods. But it's one of the last choices.

She gets most of the fruit and vegetables from the farmer's market. Been buying from same farmers for about 8 years now.

Knows them.

Knows produce.

Plus after eating natural food for awhile as opposed to that GMO frankenstein test tube food they sell at Ralphs and Publix, you can not only see the difference between natural food vs. fake food, you can taste the difference.

Actually, this time of year the best stuff is coming out of her garden in the yard and pots on the deck.

(Tomatoes 'bout to do their thing soon)

Well ok.

She has taken the trash out.

But that's her damn fault.

All these boys around here and she'd rather do it than get after them to do it.

But uhm ... nah.

That's her thing.

God bless.

LOL. That's real funny man.

Me, a spanner? Nah. I feel Mrs V on this, I prefer to be runnin' tings in the kitchen. iLike things done my way.

As for you well, you need help. 13 years??? Preparing food is an invaluable nutrion skill. Y'cant eat rite if y'cant make your own food. You're blessed to have your Mrs.
