I am financially OK and blessed, that I only have to put in about 5 hrs a week and spend most of my time seeking knowledge( by reading) and the other gifts in the world. It just so happen that I was reading a book today by Gabriele- Wurzburg called "Cause and Development of All Illness" that comes in to play on the subject matter above.
She states:

Gee, I am not all worked up by Craigy's , Fishsy's, and the docs insults and negativity. If it trigers mine, I will have lost too. If you remember the first insult after i got on this blog, was an FU from Doc. my response was "I love you", therefore to say that I am playing the peaceful warrior NOW is a little bit disingenuous.
I take this episode as a teaching lesson. It shows me the way not to act when I am in somebody's house or the way not to treat people. SELF AWARENESS . Yes it is sometimes emotionally upsetting, but the reason is we all have a shadows inside of us that can resonate with these guys behavior. Their action have made me more 'self aware' of the consequence of negative energy and just how destructive it can be no matter how you can BS it as intellectual discourse.
I in turn get to practice self restraint against this. I ask myself how can I be a better human being; smile and move on.
What did I get from it today? The appreciation from a Brother (you) who thought that I am worthy to defend. Can't buy that with money. You made my night. THANK YOU. I am not perfect and sometimes can get pissy sometimes, but I also understand the concept of continuous self improvement - I hope to be even a better human being tomorrow(your words encourages that in me-therefore I am grateful of the entire episode) . I can wish a lot of negative energy in return to these guys, but in order to grow....you just got to let go, bless them and move on. See the movie Revolver.
I enjoy calling out the "con" because (movie really explains it) over the long run it is not personal with me- wether its talking about Rosa , Mandela , McCarthy or the Rothschild etc. (Don't know any of them personally), I am just not into celebrating Hero's or Icons but rather include them in the context of the con. Finally, I think J Z is negative, not sure and have not made up my mind on Wayne(not ashamed to say it) and also eat meat.
But somehow a negative energy source is trying to paint us as "imps" instead of authentic and individual human beings that brings different viewpoints with respect to the table.
