I've been accused of not answering the question but no one's offered why they believe my answer is not sufficient.
And, I've not received an answer to my question as far as I know.
...and having thought about this some more, DMG's looking for the answer, "zero." I would easily rebut with, "What percentage of infants make it out of this life as fully formed adults?" As I stated earlier, your question is irrelevant. If they are not human beings from the moment of the beginning of their biological development, then it's up to interpretation when they are humans and should not be killed. When something is up to interpretation, then the people with the most power at the time get to decide and the human race is basically wicked and should not be allowed to make such life and death decisions. The outcome of that has been the slaughter of over 50,000,000 unborn children from the moment of the beginning of their biological development all the way through nine months gestation.
I enjoy winning debates. But then again, it's very easy when I'm debating on the side of life against those on the side of death.
