Gee-Chee said...

DV...I peep your imagery on this blog...your content...you would tear ysh up in the art world. I could see you max'n out with cats like Hank Willis Thomas, Terry Adkins, Kerry James Marshall,David Hammons. Not doing the same work but as people (with the exception of Hammons I've never known) they're a trip. Especially Adkins.

Especially Torkwase Dyson.

Her work focuses on issues of obesity in the hood. I'm reducing it's content but that's one of the things as well as "getting off the grid" that she focuses on.
