Nowhere does it say the following as quoted by "DV" :
"Fathers do not devote enough attention to the clitoris and vagina of their daughters. Their caresses too seldom pertain to these regions, while this is the only way the girls can develop a sense of pride in their sex,"
and
"The child touches all parts of their father's body, sometimes arousing him. The father should do the same."
The booklet neither encourages parents - be they father or mother - to "sexually massage" their children, nor does this sentence "Fathers do not devote enough attention to the clitoris and vagina of their daughters" appear anywhere in the booklet.
In fact, on page 21 the text says that any physical intimacy designed to sexually arouse the adult is strictly prohibited.
What you've got here is an atrocious translation, with the sentences completely taken out of context in part invented wholesale.

Thre is nothing in there about "sexuality". "Geschlechtigkeit" means "Gender" and NOT sexuality.
Moreover, the paragraph is part of a logical argument about how boys are encouraged in German society by their mothers to positively acknowledge their genitals and thus their gender while girls are not so encouraged. German society is still very sexist and vaginas are still seen as something dirty and inferior. The whole text in turn is placed in the context of bathing and cleaning the child. That is, the text doesn't say or imply to take a kid's panties off and masturbate her.

The real issue is, what does "gender" mean to a leftist and to a sexual liberationist? And the answer is that it means much more than what it used to mean.
