I have witnessed others use herbs to shrink fibroid tumors, heal asthma and various infections and eradicate anemia.

Instead of all of this animosity, maybe you should re-read Exodus ..and I think a bit of Deuteronomy--it's been awhile(you can even play a little Bob Marley as mood music if you like). The story of the Israelites wandering around a desert thats not that big. The idea was that generations of Israelites who had been "enslaved" (per the bible, not me) in Egypt needed to die off to lose their slave mentality before they could have the right mindset to conquer their "promised land" (again, bible...not me). As you know I don't believe in god, or the Judeo-Chrisitan bible. However, that doesn't mean the stories cannot be useful. It only took them a couple of generations to stop thinking like slaves. Our host likes to harken back to slave imagery so much you'd think he was missing the sting of the lash.
