The Temptation of Barack Obama

Sir Michael Fisher said ..
Constructing a legal framework in order to fit the unconstitutional reality of detaining people deemed a threat to the security of the state is not new. While communist dictatorships just imprisoned and shot folks without such a legal framework, the Germans, being very legalistically-mined people, did actually construct such a judicial framework in 1934 in response to their version of 911, namely the arson of the German Reichstag, the Parliament. The framework they came up with was the "Volksgerichtshof", the "people's Court".

The rationale President Obama presents here is exactly the same as that which was presented by the German government at the time. A government which was run by the National Socialist Worker's Party, aka the Nazi Party.

This is a really, truly, disturbing development.

You Might Be A Plantation Negro, if this doesn't make your jaw drop.

Targeted sting investigations, men arrested for crimes not yet committed, and indefinite detention for up to 10 years. Wow. All in 1 week.

The Feds actin' a fool under Barack.

They made a brotha Massa. Now the overseers are stinging, arresting, investigating, detaining, torturing, imprisoning and killing brothas at a record pace. This shit is kafkaesque as a muhfuggah.

Fisher,

Do you think those four patsies set up by the FBI in NY could serve as a domestic proof of concept? Or do you think it'll be exclusively applied to foreign enemy "combatants"?

Nulan...

"Do you think those four patsies set up by the FBI in NY could serve as a domestic proof of concept? Or do you think it'll be exclusively applied to foreign enemy 'combatants'?".

Historically the United States throughout her entire history has always faced organized foreigners who for various reasons tried and did kill Americans and attacked American installations.

They have always (more or less) been dealt with within the framework of constitutional authority.

Setting up a extra-judicial structure of the kind proposed, no, announced, by President Obama, is inherently dangerous to the freedoms granted to the citizens and legal residents of the United States. It opens the gates wide to legal fascism. Let us not forget that the Nazi Party came to power in Germany by perfectly legal means and that the most criminal activities by these people were codified in German law proposed and passed by the government and the parliament at the time.

I think this extra-judicial process will likely first be applied to foreigners. That will get people used to the concept. As folks get used to the concept it will likely be applied to greater circles of US citizens and residents.

If not this President, some future President will do it. That's just a natural law of power.

I don't know how much of a "development" this is Mike.

This is exactly what the "Conspiracy Theorists" been telling the Plantation Negros and the Plantation Crackas for years.

Hell, Ron Paul spelled it out on national television.

The US suffered a coup.

Believe me Brah, it already does.

You may note my blogging focus has changed (although not my understanding of GSWS). It seems a waste of time to try to educate negroes about the GSWS, as it is either morphing or being supplanted by a control system that need not rely primarily on color conflict to drive the divide and conquer paradigm.

Mr Fisher:

When you see a shark that is devouring your legs up to your knees.....do you make note that this particular species of shark is protected by the endangered species act and thus cannot be killed? OR do you work to DEFEND the framework by which THIS SHARK is protected?

When Abraham Lincoln was sued during the Civil War it was because he had imprisoned the mayor of Baltimore at the start of the war. While the deep South states had ceded, Maryland, a border state was in the balance. The mayor began a movement to flip his state with various acts of propaganda. Lincoln did not have the federal troops together yet to defend Maryland (and thus having another state to fight against).

Lincoln IGNORED a Supreme Court ruling that went against his decision to imprison the mayor of Baltimore on the grounds of habeus corpus.

Lincoln stated "More rogues than good men have hid behind the claim of habeus corpus".

In summary - when it came down to it, Mr Fisher - the PROTECTION OF the system which enforces the writ of habeus corpus was more important than the ABSTRACT THEORIZATION about the santity of the writ.

Rachel Maddow would rather retain her CLEAN HANDS knowing that she detained NO "FREEDOM FIGHTER" while the battle was continuing and instead retained her honor as they were released back onto the battlefield and was allowed to fight to defend his nation or ideology.

This entire debate is residue from the flawed attempt at having Enemy Combatants treated as DOMESTIC CRIMINALS and thus placed within the US judicial system.

Go read about the Civil War prison camp that was constructed right outside of Chicago if you want to see how during a war - you had better know who your enemies are.

The left is struggling with how to "attack" a president that is favorable to them without using the munitions that they had used against the unfavorable president that has just departed.

They can't blow up this current president since HE represents their vessel to the promised land.

By the way, did you know it was the policy of the United States government to furlough Confederate prisoners in the beginning of the war?

Excuse me sir. I DID NOT!!! "Compared Al Queda to the CONFEDERACY"!!!!!

I compared LINCOLN'S ACTIONS!!!!, in the face of a THREAT TO THE FRAMEWORK THAT ENTERTAINS THE QUESTION OF RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS to that which Rachel Maddow would LIKE President Obama to do, as she fights a war in ABSTRACTION.DID YOU MISS SOMETHING in what I wrote?

So now that I have UNMOLESTED my statements - do you care to respond?

You have given voice to too many "whack jobs" on YOUR blog (Wolfe, Chomsky, etc) for me to devote any of my CPU cycles upon your opinions of me.

I care more about your plans to REPLICATE the impression that YOU attempt to place upon the various Crip members in metro-Kansas City, having this MORE EFFICIENTLY and ENDURINGLY placed WITHIN each of their households, by the MALE who contributed his genetic material into the womb for incubation of the now "troupled youth".

THIS is your mission, Mr Nulan. YOU CAN'T FAIL YOUR PEOPLEl lest they DIE.

This shit is kafkaesque as a muhfuggah.

It recently dawned on me that the situation for Obama (and maybe for Cheney too) is basically political.

Remember that old '70s Milton Bradley game, Time Bomb? You toss the ticking bomb to each other until it "blows up"... and whoever's holding it when it blows up loses.

You think the governing concern is: Whoever's president the next time al-Qaeda successfully strikes the homeland... that party'll be out of power for the next 20 years, because they failed to prevent it?

That's the one thing that could turn all the Obama love into hate in a New York minute. Sheeeeit, he could probably get away with boning a White House intern. But let some anthrax get loose in the D.C. Metro system... the GOP will tar-and-feather him.

CNu said...

Not only that, but also what Sub opined concerning the exact nature of the Pentagon governance predicament in which Obama finds himself embroiled;

I share Craig's assessment of the behind the scenes intrigue. The real fight is within the GOP and among military elites like Powell and Gates whose ethical code doesn't publicly countenance such measures.

As pure political calculus on Obama's part, release of the pictures would dangerously (and fatally) alienate him from the military. With the popular and elegant Michelle as his personal ambassador to military families and the respected Shinseki overseeing veterans affairs, the president is barely containing theoconservatives in the armed forces seeking to facilitate Armageddon and would not be inimical to participating in the the kind of domestic rebellion recently advocated for by Southern governors.

"So now that I have UNMOLESTED my statements - do you care to respond?".

Well, as far a I am concerned, Lincoln should have strung all of the confederates and their sympathizers up WITHOUT A TRIAL.

Why?

Because they ran concentration camps in which they forcibly placed more than 33% of the American population of the Southern States and then fought a war to maintain that criminal enterprise unfettered. In fact, in South Carolina they placed the vast majority of the population, in these concentration camps.

Criminals all, needed to be shot on sight.

It will be interesting to see how The One with double-hinged jaws tries to smooth talk his way around Cairo this week.

He has “prolonged detention” and “entrapment” coming out of one side of his mouth. One wonders what kind of bullshit will come out of the other side and will the Muslims fall for this crap.

Indeed you are correct with this.

Our nation's enemies would be wise to study the AMERICAN DOMESTIC POLITICAL PROCESS and the fractious debates within and have their attacks molded to fit this reality.

I told KCnulan before that despite his frequent comments about Abu Ghrab and Gitmo HE DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN about the people there, but only uses it for his ideological pissing contest.
That's the one thing that could turn all the Obama love into hate in a New York minute.
This is where I strongly disagree with you.

To the masses of people who see OBAMA BEING IN THE WHITE HOUSE as intrinsic PROOF of their racial and ideological advancement - instead of the empirical evidence that is measured among the people at the periphery - THEY ARE NOT ABOUT to turn against this force. Do you think they purchased a complete set of "Obama Limited Edition Commemorative Plates" only to discard the man pictured within them?

No sir.

Well, Mr Fisher - after listening to my good friend KCnulan I have been made to sleep comfortably at night regarding these concerns.

You see "the White man" is not going to lock me up as such because then he'll remove the biggest ally that he has within the Black community from the stage.

Or, put another way - I would never do anything to cross Da man.

Unlike KCnulan who thinks up all sorts of things in his "basement" while feeling good while smoking the harvest grown under his heat lamps.

Wow. Interesting coming from Michael Fisher.

Mike if you know of ANY physical evidence of gas chambers used to kill Jews during WWII - please post a link.

I'm fascinated by the persistence of this meme when all reason and logic suggest nothing of the sort EVER happened.

(mass mind control is a side interest of mine).

Thanks.

"Mike if you know of ANY physical evidence of gas chambers used to kill Jews during WWII - please post a link."Well, I ain't getting into this discussion. 'Cause it is immaterial whether Jews were killed by gas or by bullets. Killed they were. How many, I don't know and that's not the point either. The point is that those who were killed or "only" incarcerated were victimized because of racial hatred.

Thus let's make it ..."...said the Jew as the SS picked him up for "prolonged detention"...

So, Plato are you now denying that the Nazi ethnocide of millions of Europeans of the Jewish persuasion occurred in Europe between 1933 and 1945?

Auschwitz, Treblinka, and Buchenwald are just figments of someone’s imagination?

Nah. I just asked for a link to evidence of homicidal gas chambers.

(Notice how the little bitchy Thought Police tried to set me up for a 'hate crime' charge: "are you now denying".)

Fucking mindless conformists.

BTW Mike.

That's some funny shit. "Indefinite Detention". You aint lyin'.
