Lol...everytime the NW0 wants the final push through...they prop this neoCON 1-trick porchpony up to deliver his "serious" endorsement of the NWOCON agenda.
He did the exact same thing in front of the UN to give the "final word" on WMDs to justify Dubya's push into Iraq.
