Jeremiah Wright - Last Night -

"It is not an attack on Jeremiah Wright. It is an attack on the black church," he said, to applause, which he noted was "from -- not the working press."

Wow. Who would of thunk it? An attack on the black church ... wow.

I can't say that this whole storyline is attack on the black church as much as it is an attack on blackness itself. By focusing on Rev. Wright, the media is essentially querying whether Obama is "too black" or whether his ties to the black community are "too close."

CNN has Roland Martin and Soledad O'Brien essentially interpreting blackness to their white viewers as if we speak a completely different language (unfortunately we do not). I'm not sure that's necessary or appropriate.

Essentially, Rev. Wright's commentary gave white people a look into the views of blacks with regard to how foreign policy affects us at home. To me, the most astonishing thing is not Wright's statements, but the fact that people are surprised and offended at what is so clearl the truth.

It never ceases to amaze me how human beings continually kill their prophet. So-called deicide.

My Fault CNu ...

Just got this message. Dayum. Where they get these weak Negros from?

Either they attribute God like qualities to white folks or they are chastising black men who fail to conform.

I'm on it now.

This guy is smarter except for the Jesus obsession.. than either Hillary or Obama.
Both of them have watered down Jesus obsession.
Like he said though... he is a preacher and not a politician.
Different role.
Neither role is very good .. but each plays a major part in this phony society.
