Top 10 Signs The Word "Genocide" Is Being Used For Political Purposes
10) The war pictures look like a photo shoot.
9) The driving force behind the demand for "regime change" and foreign troop intervention in the oil rich African nation is Zionist Jews and the Israeli Lobby who claim only to be interested in "saving black Muslims".
8) When 200,000 dead in Sudan is termed a "Genocide" and the 4,000,000 dead in Congo don't even make the news.Woman flees with her child in the village of Sonsa, Congo -- some 250 km (156 miles) southwest of the lakeside town of Kalemie, which separates Congo and Tanzania. 4,000,000 Congolese have died since 1998. At least as many as the number killed in the Holocaust.
In May, the Sudanese State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samir al-Shaybani told a Syrian interviewer: "We can even say that these powers want to dismember Sudan and replace this government with another one that serves their strategic interests, represented in obliterating Sudan's Arab identity. Top among these powers is the Zionist lobby, which considered the Darfur issue primarily a Jewish issue requiring solidarity between the Jews and some African tribes, which claim to be in conflict with Arab tribes. The Darfur issue has thus been depicted within the framework of mass annihilation. The Zionist groups and US Administration played on this theory and dedicated huge resources and large media and diplomatic campaigns to promote this erroneous diagnosis of the conflict."

DV,
Do you suspect that there is any correlation between the U.S.'s recent recall of "tainted" Chinese goods and China's tricky relationship with Sudan? Just curious.
Ahhhh ... Good point Sankofa.
I might have to agree with that. There is definitely an elevation in the cold war rhetoric and threat of sanctions between the US and China.
Sudan (or it's 455,000 barrels of oil) is the rope in this tug of war between super powers.
