Mini Biography
Garcelle was born in Haiti. Her mother, Maria Claire, was a teacher who moved Garcelle and her six older children to Massachusetts after a divorce from her father, Axel, four years prior. I'm not sure whate the debate is about,.... but if it's about do double, triple, quadriple standards exist in North America? I mean of course they do...Hip Hop, Playboy, Rock music etc. etc. And yes, these different standards are sometimes based on race and socioeconomic status. I though this was an established fact.
