In a season with few shocking results nights, Jones' ouster was a surprise only because fellow top-four-finisher Blake Lewis was coming off an even rougher night, one in which the judges lambasted his signature beatboxing as unnecessary and boring and Cowell pegged him as "absolutely terrible." - MTV
Sista came out the game hard and fast, but faded towards the end. I've got my money on J. Sparks.

I am typically an Idol fan, but this season has been immensely boring. I switched to Dancing with the Stars.
Clueless about this, it's all about the NBA Playoffs. Now that my Lakers are out of it I gotta root for the City of Dope - OAKLAND!
D. Man, I have been unable to even watch Sports Center since the Lakers got knocked. Am I missing anything?
Who's making moves on Oakland? B. Davis?
Who's doing their thing in the East?
Oaktown is down 2-0. I'm not really checking the East much, but Detroit is runnin' it.
I don't like Utah but I wasn't mad they won, D-Fish came out in the second half to a standing ovation from the crowd. He was in NYC with his family during the day for one of his twin daughter's to have eye surgery. She has retinal blastoma (a form of eye cancer). Then he came out, played hard nosed defense and hit a 3- pointer to seal the victory with like a minute left.
Wow.
Did he miss the first half because of the surgery? That's Hollywood quality drama right there.
D Fish used to live across the street from me in LA. Used to give my boys pounds when they were toddlers.
Good to hear he is doing well.
It really was like a Hollywood ending. Yeah, D-Fish missed the first half because he was on a charter flight with his family coming back to Utah. After the game he was interviwed and basically thanked averybody, mentioned the disease and talked about helping other parents whose kids are going through it, the boy got a big heart.
Her finale was pretty good though. She'll get on the Gospel Circuit.
Big J
