My friend's hood rat sister gave his BLACK WOMAN mother a black eye b/c his mother was trying to protect her grandson from the physical abuse of her hood rat daughter; this hood rat pawns her children's Christmas presents for weed money; she attempts to choke her 16 year old son b/c of a drop in his A+ grade average despite living in an abusive home; she drinks constantly around her children; she followed her fellow hood rat friends, even though she grew up in a comfortable home and neighborhood, as oppose to respecting the advice of blood family that have repeatedly supported her through many mistakes and the four different fathers of her children.

This bus driver and McDonalds employee sent the message that those safety zones don't really exist, that they will get another job if it means educating a hood rat on keeping their hands to themselves.
These hood rats learned that company policies are not their for them to abuse human beings who want to work and live. They are people not employees. An employee is a person with a job, but the people part comes first.

To addresss your comment, Doc, he mentions the police as a warning to her. She doesn't care. Who knows how long it will be before the police show up, if they do at all. It's not that serious, and it's not like they should up in the hood for serious stuff.
So he handles it himself. It's not pretty; it's tragic.
He didn't sucker punch her; he handled the situation with maximum efficiency. He's a bus driver, not a security guard or prize fighter. He was trying to remove an obstacle that was in the way of him doing his job.
