The American IRS just permitted donations to the Syrian Liberation Army (or some similar name).
This proves that "One Man's Terrorist Is Another Man's Freedom Fighter".
If some militia group in America tried to overthrow the US government you had better believe that the US government would be bombing them in the very same way that the government of Syria is bombing their insurgents.
I noticed on NPR's "Tell Me More" that Michel Martin who was a vocal critic of the war in Iraq did an interview with a fund raiser for the Syrian insurgent group and mentioned nothing about "funding terrorists" as identified or adopted by the USA.
