I'm confused.. Is this an informative political news blog or WSHH's sister site? Someone's gotta say something. Didn't come on DV to see pics of half-naked women showing their assets.
Of course, I'm sure I'll be the only sista to complain cause most of y'all so far gone from your own identity that you can't even decide what is acceptable behavior from men anymore. White women never have this problem. Just the other night, I went to the strip club with my two guy friends (white boys) and as soon as they received texts from they wives they bolted. No questions asked. Black women would of had to text, call and send a couple emails before finally receiving a reply and even then it would've been "I'll be home soon!" Which wouldn't of been for a few more hours. White women don't play that ish. They will leave that ass. Black women need to do more leaving and less talking and tryin work shit out.
If you're offended by seeing naked women (here), then you shouldn't have in a strip club (there). If you're not, then there's no need to rag on the brothas over it. Actually it looks like that is the REAL point you were making. That Black men are somehow less than (less tame?, less behaved? less whooped? who knows). If you look to the right side bar you'll notice quite a few "half-naked" sistas that are always there.
Perhaps you felt more at ease because it was white males bringing you into the environment. After all they're better behaved so nothing could fishy could happen /sarcasm.
She's HAWT...Sistas fail to realize the amount of time and dedication it takes to keep your body looking like this. Anyone can look good with clothes on....

With all due respect but if I was Denmark Vesey I would post "talent" on this site, every day for the next 5 days just to disavow you of your assumption that his blog site is only about politics.
As for me - the day that DV removes the "Beverly Johnson. Beverly Hills. 1978" picture - I am going to find where he lives and protest that MoFo.
Am I the only one wondering what the "film" is in the title of the post? If that woman is in it, it might very well change my life. Who knows? What's the name of the film? Who's the woman? Where's the link?
Ok, since we're so enamoured by this chicks assets.. I want to pose a serious question.
Fellas, what would you consider the chick in said photo: Thick in all the right places? Plump? Curvy? One cheeseburger from being obese? Or Just right? I ask because I find brothers heckling women her size and labeling her as "fat" but it seems the rules change depending on a brother's taste and the woman herself.
A previous post had all kinds of things to say about Zoe Saldana being too skinny and yet most models are that exact size and are considered "sexy as hell."
Where's the line drawn between Fat vs. "Thick" and Slim vs. "Too Skinny"? White men make it clear as day. If you're over a size 6-- you're pretty much fat in their book.
Being a size 2 I get it from both sides "You too skinny!" or "Oh baby, you Just right"
Woman in the pic? Just right. Not fat at all, she's healthy. Obese? Forget about it. Nell Carter (R.I.P.) was obese. Mo'nique is obese. That chick from that crappy rape and poverty movie that won the Oscar a year or two ago: obese. This woman in the pic? Pretty much how women are supposed to look. Just my opinion. And I would be considered, phenotypically, a "white guy".
I agree with cadevo, she isn't fat. we can't see her stomach, but judging from the inward curve of her waist I highly doubt there's fat hanging off it.
size 21 doesn't tell us much. BMI does. you could be a size 21 in the hips, and a size 40 in the belly. Or you could be a size 21 hips, and size 12 belly. Most men prefer the latter.

Too funny CF. The only thing you're missing is that EVERYTHING not just on this blog, but in life, is POLITICAL. Especially art.
Haitian Chick still trips me out. The Zoe Saldana post had a discussion about the one-eye symbolism expressed in it, and she reduces that to a fat v. skinny discussion. Same with this photo. It's as if some women just can't stand to see God's art and need to find flaws with it.

The founders of the American state understood that the proper functioning of a democracy required an educated electorate. It is this understanding that justifies a system of public education and that led slaveholders to resist the spread of literacy among their chattels. But the meaning of "educated" has changed beyond recognition in two hundred years. Reading, writing, and arithmetic are no longer sufficient to decide on public policy. Now we need quantum mechanics and molecular biology. The knowledge required for political rationality, once available to the masses, is now in the possession of a specially educated elite, a situation that creates a series of tensions and contradictions in the operation of representative democracy.

You didn't come to a brotha's site to see half-naked women, but you went out with white men to see completely naked women...That makes so much sense.
Exactly. I went to a STRIP club with every intention to see strippers. I visited a socio-poli NEWS blog with every intention to see strippers?
What's not making sense?
Haitian Chick ... is sooooo Mike Fisher.

I don't know how any sane human being could gaze at that picture and let a political thought come to their mind. She is art.
