Hey DV, how have you been? I miss you guys! I just found out that I have 2 fibroids so I'm trying to eat more organic foods to get rid of the hormone injected stuff. I'd appreciate any suggestions you guys have!

Although i'm a vegetarian when I went to Nigeria years ago EVERYBODY was eating meat(except pork) and I didn't see any fat folks the whole time. A lot of them were more physically and mentally healthy then the average american negro and they had a meat based diet. A lot of the Nigerians, Somalis, Kenyans, Ethiopians, Sierra Leoneans, and Ghanians I know living in America(my mother included) eat meat and they don't suffer from a lot of the health problems our people in the U.S. suffer from. Most of the time they eat traditional dishes that they ate back home.

Hey Pink,

Try a regular consumption of apple cider vinegar, say three times a day, with about 6-8 ounces of pure water for every 1-2 tablespoons of ACV you use (add lemon to smooth out the taste). From what I've been reading, the key is to get your body back to an alkaline state, and this'll help you do it. ACV does wonders on a number of things.

RM, as for the meat in Nigeria, I can only assume that it wasn't this steroid infested, highly processed, cloned meat chock full of antibiotics and growth hormones people consume in the US. Negroes over here jumpin' up and down because Wal-Mart apparently sells meat that's "already irradiated" as they tell me, like it's a good thing. A lot of the meat consumed here might as well be roadkill(if it isn't already); check some of those Smithfield slaughterhouse Youtube videos to see how a lot of this garbage is manufactured...

Thanks, I'll pick up some ACV and get started tomorrow. I hope the taste isn't too bad but I will be getting some lemons to go with it.
