Since the mayor and his police chief who implemented "Stop and Frisk" suffered no ill-effects for the policy cast upon the community.......is there any chance that Black folks will rise up against the machine that they placed into power THIS TIME?
Maybe the parents and community should start by providing a bit of consciousness and something purposeful to do for the young before they start "flashing"?
I live in Philly and there was a flash mob beat down not far from me. These parents need to start putting the fear of God in their children because if these kids catch the wrong person they're going to wish their kid had obeyed the curfew. The youngest kid arrested was 11. How do you not know where your 11 year old is? If you refuse to parent your own children you can't make much of an argument when the government decides to step in and do it for you.
