1) Create a nonsensical meme that outlaws a particular thought (ie gay = lame)
2) Surround that nonsensical meme with the credibility of Hip Hop & Basketball (blackness)
3) Get a black basketball player to voice the nonsensical meme (Gay ass, over the hill, conformist and not particularly relevant Grant Hill was the only baller they could get to participate in this little PsyOp)
4) Establish the precedent and normalize the notion that certain thoughts and certain speech is taboo.
5) Punish & Ostracize those who publicly violate your selected thought prohibitions (Kobe Bryant)

So, apparently everyone here is a gay hater? That's so unfortunate for you. I thought the PSA was great. Why do you think it's propaganda? Would it be propaganda if I made a PSA that said to stop calling chinese people chinks? Or to stop using the word ni**er?
