Skin brushing also hurts. But, I guess, no pain no gain. :-)

Cellulite is a description, not a physical thing. Looks like the lovely lady lock's has been had with the rest of you.

yeah ... I hear you "Anonymous".

Say what ya want.

But the lady with the locks aint got no cellulite.

As opposed to Plantation Negro know-it-alls who are typically swimming in it.

Why do you want to short change your our lovely lady? She has no cellulite because she eats right and isn't sitting around doing nothing all day. Don't give the glory to a brush she paid too much for, give credit where it's due.

paid too much for?

the brush is $9 @ whole foods.

dry skin brushing reduces the appearance of what women call cellulite by stimulating the lymphatic system.

read up a bit "Anonymous" then come back.

Nah.

actually.

Get a skin brush.

brush up.

Then come back and speak from experience instead of emotion.

You can't give your woman credit for eating right and moving around? But, you give credit to some brush? The only emotion I got right now is joy, cuz the good Lord says I should. You can keep the brush, I'll stick to following your recipes. You have a blessed weekend.

Anonymous ... why can it not be both?

Why can't a good diet and the ancient practice of skin brushing both contribute to healthy skin and the absence of that which is called 'cellulite'?

Why do you insist that the stimulating of the lymphatic system with vigorous dry skin brushing is without merit ... when the people who actually practice it ... and benefit from it ... tell you it works?
