Cures More People of Cancer Than Chemotherapy

The Bragg's have really good books on ACV and water as well. The best source of pure water is said to be raw, organic fruits and vegetables, so we mix a tbsp. Of ACV with a tbsp. of extra-v olive oil, add a little pink salt and a squeeze or two of lemon...basic vinaigrette.

Throw that on some chopped organic cucumber and/or celery (or any other vegetable with a high water content) and you're good to go. Also, first sign of a cold in the winter: a tbsp of ACV, a tbsp of raw honey (not that teddy bear nonsense) and lemon juice. Let the honey dissolve in the mix, sip it till it's gone...and the cold will be too.

Got two bottles in my pantry.

I had been taking a swig every day but I am slipping.

The Koreans also hipped me to some "Black Rice Vinegar" that you should check out as well.
