DV- I have a friend who was "diagnosed" with "HIV" in 1982. He took AZT like they tole him to and got extremely ill. After a few months, he stopped talking medication, and used diet, exercise and vitamins to maintain his health. He is is perfect health, and rarely gets ill. He was told he would die within 5 years from "AIDS". All of the people he knew who got the same diagnoses as him took AZT, and ended up dead. He was told he could never have a child because he would transmit this "disease" on to his partner and his child. He has a 2 year old girl now. I asked him if he vaccinated her. Of course not!! This is a smart man to not allow the doctor's to bully him into taking medications, and recognizing that the MEDICATIONS do nothing but weaken the body and cause the problems they call "AIDS"

How is my timeline off?? I just spoke to this man a few days ago, and he related all of this information to me. I have know for five years that he was "HIV positive" and that he does not take medication. He just told me a few days ago that he was diagnosed in 1982 and at one point doctors tried to give him AZT (not sure when that was, but it was when AZT first came out). He took it for a few months and got sicker, so he stopped taking it.
DV -does this on many post when using the Mac. Shows up and then disappears.

AZT was not approved for use until 1987. most folk who had the sx associated with HIV/AIDS back in 1982 died shortly after dx as it was still not determined what exactly the dis-ease was or how it was to be treated. just fyi...

If you read my comment, I said he took AZT AT SOME POINT, not immediately after he was diagnosed. So,if my time line is off, it is because my friend is lying (which I highly doubt) or remembering wrong (although I do not know how you can not remember when you are diagnosed with a supposedly deadly disease) because he told me just the other day he was diagnosed in 1982 and was given 5 years to live, and have been healthy since, except for the time he was on AZT.
I have only known him for 5 years. He told me from Day 1 his was "HIV positive" and did not take medication. I myself was shocked when he had his daughter, because I believed that his fiancee was endangering her life by having sex with him without a condom. I had no idea about this all until recently.
Because a drug was not "approved" for usage means it could not be prescribed?

But, still, isn't it true that AIDS was not really a new disease, it was an amalgamation of already existing diseases? And that although most say it is caused by a virus, it is entirely possible that lifestyle factors could be the real cause?
I heard that in Africa and India they diagnose sick people with AIDS without doing any tests, and that these are mainly people who are dying from diseases that were formerly attributed to living in conditions of poverty.
I don't claim my view is based on any expertise on my part, it is just my opinion based on recent research I have done.
Nice try Joanna. Your friend could not have been diagnosed with "HIV" in 1982 because it hadn't been discovered until 1983, and was named later, with a test much later. If your friend had anything it was full blown AIDS, and as the good nurse stated these patients DIED soon after. Why you ask? The soon to be discovered retrovirus attacks, reproduces in and then destroys T-Cells (those immune cells that fight off disease). Without them, your body has little defense against things a person with a competent immune system could fight off easily. Thanks for sharing though. Reading websites does not constitute research.

Why are you being so picky about the exact time line? The point is, he was diagnosed more than 25 years ago,does not take medication and is still healthy. Whether he was diagnosed with "HIV" or "AIDS" I do not know. But, he is NOT SICK, even though when he DOES see a regular doctor, they are amazed.
You know what? Don't even answer that question. This is standard operating procedure. You cannot find an explanation for the fact that my friend (and others like him) ARE NOT SICK, so you have to use ONE DETAIL to try to negate the entire situation. Nah, not gonna work. I may capitulate on the exact date of diagnoses, but as for the veracity of the story in general? It is all true.
Why? To be perfectly blunt it's because I think you are full of shit, and just want to jump on the bandwagon. Let's say your friend was diagnosed with GRID or AIDS back in 82. And got on an early clinical trial, or was given AZT when it was available. The man came to the attention of physicians because he exhibited signs of immunodeficiency syndrome and was likely plagued with opportunistic infections.
There wasn't a test back in 82 that detected HIV before someone got sick, like there is today. Either way, your friend wasn't made sick by AZT. You feel me?
...and by the way, have you clinically examined your friend, looked at blood samples, chest X-rays and medical records to confirm that he ever WAS "sick".

1. How did he get diagnosed in 82? It couldn't have been random, he had to be obviously SICK.
2. Being HIV+ only tells you that you have the virus. It says nothing about T-Cells being destroyed...or having an immunodeficiency (read no protection against bacteria and viruses).

DMG... oops, I mean Anonymous.... as I said, he could be incorrect about the exact date. He was tested when the first HIV test came out. If it was not 1982, it was whenever the test did come out. He only got tested because he was (at the time) having sex with other men, and he was told that all gay and bisexual men should get tested. He has had doctor's tell him at numerous times that he did not have much longer to live, even though he felt perfectly healthy, and none of their predictions came true. He is not in a relationship with a woman, he has a baby, and she did not become "infected" when they were attempting to have a child. He still avoids doctors because they all want to tell him he needs to go on medication, and they have been telling him for decades that he is going to die if he doesn't take their drugs.
And by the way, I don't eat chips. I try to stick to fruit and nuts if I want a snack.

I'm merely trying to get you to be more precise in your words, and to confirm the validity of "what people tell you". And how do you know this women and her baby aren't infected? Have you seen their medical records? How do you know if he's perfectly healthy.
THIS person felt "perfectly healthy" so much so that he was playing high school football. His feeling fine was no consolation after he dropped dead suddenly from hypertrophic cardiomyopathy.
"Feeling" fine has little to do with how healthy you actually are.

Not much sun out here right now, in fact, it is almost dark. But I have been taking 4000 IU of D3 for the past few weeks. After I heard Curtis Duncan talk about it on the radio, I bought enough for like a year. I take 2000IU with breakfast and 2000IU with dinner. When I am out of those, I will switch to taking 5000IU at dinner time!
I also got some herbs (valerian root, chaste tree, and dong quai) but so far I am only taking the valerian. But it really doesn't seem to be doing anything. I still need my anti-anxiety prescription pills, sad to say.

I don't and I tell myself all the time that I need too, it is just REALLY difficult for me. I tell myself to start out slow (walking even a few blocks at a time) but I only end up doing even that tiny amount once or twice a week. I tried joining a gym, but had no way of getting there. And I get really anxious when I do try to work out, because I have this fear that I will drop dead of a heart attack if I raise my heart rate. I know, I need to get over it, especially since I want a child.

HotmfWax- I don't know why blogger keeps eating your comments, but rest assured I did get the info about AZT, I have bookmarked the link to read in more detail later. Some of the info is touched upon briefly in "Vaccines are Dangerous" by Curtis Cost (good book).
He also has an interesting chapter in there about how the symptoms of mercury poisoning are identical to the symptoms of "autism" in order to show the correlation between mercury laden vaccines and the upswing in the incidences of "autism"
