Yo - If that house in "Oakland Hills" overlooking the Bay Area - it would be $1,500,000 easy.
I saw a house smaller than that and in a more traditional architecture. My friend from the area told me that this shot gun shack was $1M. I told him he was crazy.
Sure enough it was $1.2M but had a hellava back yard view.
