I've noticed that Alaskan salmon is featured a lot more in the higher end restaurants. I'm interested in this. I love raw salmon......so dont break my heart.

To be safe..do not eat any fish longer than from your fingertips to your elbow... larger menas he has had longer time to absorb dangerous levels of mercury and toxins...its amazin how they are genetically "messin up our lives for "money".
