Ever since i started cutting out processed food from my diet i have seen a marked difference in my appearance and the way i feel in general. It is still work in progress.
I can safely say though, my whole life, i have never caught onto why people drink milk, hated it as a child and still do as an adult.
I remember back in school, they had this 1 pint of milk free distribution, so each day, i would be saddled with a packet of this white liquid.
When i went home with it my parents were displeased to say the least - i was not drinking my prescribed quota of milk.
I stopped taking the milk home and left it to rot in my bag, or gave it away to a homeless person.
I am not a technical person, but i always questioned what the milk fuss was all about, and always said it was a conspiracy, glad i'm a milk free individual.
All that handwringing and you didn't even touch on the most important and relevant argument AGAINST ingesting milk and milk products.

Western European people are unique in that they continue to produce lactase into adulthood. But 90% of black people cannot digest Lactose, and most adults in the world are also lactose-intolerant, whilst 88% of WESTERN EUROPEAN AMERICANS are able to digest it.
It works for the white boys Bra. Only 12% have problems with Lactase deficiency. mmmmmmmm.......Why, why, why?????

Thats makes milk a health disaster for black people. In simple terms you are right...milk can cause anemia, allergies, and diabetes and it will set kids up for obesity and heart disease - the number one cause of death. Milk protein also is contained in casein(which is also a raw material for commercial glue). But undigested, casein simply sticks to the intestinal walls and blocks nutrient absorption.

I believe you are confusing lactose intolerance (having the symptoms of delivering an increased osmotic load--from uncleaved disaccharide lactose-- to your lower GI tract only to have the little bacteria in your gut, enjoy the spoils of your loss and make you fart, bloat and shit like a motherfucker) with lactase deficiency. Your wikipedia link is discussing lactose intolerance which is the manifestation of symptomatic lactase deficiency. Not every person with lactase deficiency becomes symptomatic.

If the vast majority of our species ceases to make lactase enzyme, it's probably a good bet that we should probably be avoiding lactose, but human culture has often gotten in the way of our best physiologic interest. Ice cream, cheese, etc. taste good. Now if you want to go and drink raw milk (ie...walk up to a cow and wrap your bitch lips around an udder and drink in deep)...that's your business you may not only suffer the consequences of your lack of lactase, but also those of putting your mouth on something that walks around in mud and cowshit all day. As a rule of thumb, I don't drink anything that comes out of a cow. But for the last several thousand years, a large percentage of the human population has consumed cow's milk -- a substance that admittedly contains quite an impressive collection of nutrients. The problem today is that those nutrients are artificially modified through pasteurization (cooking) and homogenization (breaking down fat molecules) to create a ready-made, highly processed cow's milk beverage with a long shelf life that can be sold to consumers as "milk."
In the history of food, pasteurized, homogenized cow's milk is a relatively new thing. For most of recent history, milk has been consumed as a fresh, raw beverage, just hours out of the cow. Each day's milk was usually harvested that very morning from the local cow, and most farms had at least one milk cow. (For many families, it was what kept them alive through the harsh winters...)
During all these centuries, fresh cow's milk was considered a nourishing, even lifesaving beverage that provided people with hard-to-find proteins and fats in times when calories were hard to come by.
Pasteurization and the road to dead food
This went on until roughly the end of the 19th century, when pasteurization was introduced to the milk industry as a way to increase the shelf life of milk by killing the bacteria that spoil it. By "cooking" the milk, large milk producers were able to centralize product production at distant locations (large-scale dairy farms) and then ship the product to consumers anywhere in the country. When kept at the right refrigeration temperature, this pasteurized milk now had a shelf life many times longer than raw milk.
So the dairy industry grew profitable and large, and over the next few generations, Americans got used to "milk" meaning "pasteurized, homogenized milk" even though it was an unnatural alteration of the real milk that the country had grown up on.
