QUESTION: How does he know he was receiving "instructions" from "Al Qaeda" operatives? How does he know they were not actually the operatives of another intelligence service setting him up so they could make a hi-profile "arrest" and perpetuate the Multi Billion$ "War on Terror".
QUESTION: How do the American people, who are paying for this ... "war"... know who is really behind this network of informants, plots and false flag operations?

Decide to jump on here and right away I see my name. What is the "hate crime" paradigm you say I was putting down, exactly, Gee-Chee? Just so we're on the same page.
The above story is entrapment...it really does work like DV is suggesting. It surprises me, though that no one mentions that in the first World Trade Center bombing back in the 90's, the FBI informant involved in the plot had suggested to his superiors that they could switch out the explosives for a harmless powder and still arrest all the folks who were part of the plot. The reply of his FBI handlers? Cute idea, buddy, but forget about it. Hence, real explosives were used and real damage done. Unfortunately for the FBI, the informant tape recorded about 50 hours of conversations with his handlers, so it all came out in court.
States being involved in sponsoring terrorism isn't some phenomenon of just the so-called "rogue states". Look at how the U.S. funded the coup that murdered Salvador Allende on September 11, 1973 and led to the dictatorship of Augustos Pinochet. Research Gladio in Europe and the history of right-wing European groups with ties to State intelligence in their home countries and in the U.S. committing terrorist acts and then claiming said acts were the work of Leftists.

Look back to the 60's and COINTELPRO. You'll find that where some so-called radical left wing group would be going around causing violence (such as the Symbionese Liberation group), there was a link to an FBI or other government informant.
Check out the Judas Factor re: Malcolm's assassination. There was an FBI mole within the NOI as well who was even handling the Nation's purse strings. This man was deeply involved in encouraging and organizing the murder plot against Malcolm while simultaneously ruining the Nation's finances.
This Village Voice story regarding an FBI informant and some of the most recent patsies to get arrested as part of an "Al Qaeda" plot in the U.S. wants to make it out to be a case of just a shady informant leading the FBI astray, but if you know any of the history of these things, it's easier to believe that the handlers no what's up and this is just policy, straight up.

Wudup Cadeveo. You had me rolling with the story about over staying your visit at the Sciencetologist event due to the attractions.
Yeah, with the "hate crime" concept, I was referring to the idea of the "thought" or the "intention" behind the crime becoming the determining factor of the intensity of the crime. I do understand the state being behind these things, does it become double standard when you have real terrorists activities coming from home grown militias that eventually receives coverage?

I think the double standard is just temporary. When it becomes useful, they'll be hyping the so-called home grown militia terrorism. The home grown terrorism bill they passed at the beginning of the Obama era is so vague that basically anyone the government doesn't like can be labeled a terrorist and I think the bill is specifically there as a contingency plan, just in case folks start doing things that mess with the business/control interests of the corporate state.
I'm gonna pull back before I go off on a rant, though.
Judas Factor explains so much. The guy that wrote it got a hold of documents that showed that John Ali was FBI and specifically there to stir up conflict within the Nation. Sad thing is, the Nation fell for it and to this day there are people in the Nation that talk like Malcolm was a traitor and "deserved" what he got...and, on occasion, that has included Farrakhan (one dude who, I hate to like for all the valid things he says because I simply can't trust the man).
