Leviticus 11:7-8
"And the swine, though he divided the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you.
"Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you."
Deuteronomy 14:8
"And the swine, because it divideth the hoof, yet cheweth not the cud, it is unclean unto you: ye shall not eat of their flesh, nor touch their dead carcass.
DMG 4:17
When are you going to realize it's not the PORK, it's the type and quantity of the meat. If someone is eating fatty bacon 3 times a day...they are higher risk of developing high fat diet related illnesses. If someone is eating a more lean cut, in moderation, they will be less likely. This "no pork" thing is born of ignorance.

You gonna tell the entire story here, or do I need to do it for you?
What's clearly missing is the WHY pork was forbidden from that and the other desert religions.
Unclean animals indeed.
Come on man, don't make me do it for you.
I thought Jesus lifted those dietary restrictions in the New Covenant.
You still don't get it D?
Think about it.
Your position on pork is not the product of empirical analysis. It's faith in a system.
Faith in a system in which genetically modifies pigs and grows them in factories.
You declare it's "OK" to eat ... as if you could possibly know it was "OK" to eat.
you don't know.
For all you know that swine flu "vaccine" manufactured from monkey viruses and that you had squirted up your nose last year could have been caused by the consumption of mass produced genetically modified pigs.
Your "assurances" of pork salvation, are worth no more than the assurances of salvation from a street corner preacher.
They are both religions.
Your particular brand of religion is simply shrouded in the cloak of science.
MOTI,
There's nothing to "get". Not really interested in reading your lunacy this evening. I haven't read past the first sentence, but I can guess you'll have something in there about GMO, vaccines, and maybe even a Monkey virus juice comment. You are predictable, and never really want to debate.
Let's see how close I got...
Damn...I'm better than I thought. But that's not saying much, you are fairly predictable.
Have a good evening, by the way that farmers market picture looked pretty good. How do you know those lovely vegetables weren't fertilized by the grower going to his back yard, dropping his pants, squatting with a newspaper?
You don't.
DV look at this article, I'll post the link and some text below:
edient Why it is Used Why it is Bad

Pork also contains that parasite so MUST be thoroughly cooked!
Thanks Mahndisa.
That's Good Stuff.
I'm sure the Plantation MD will struggle to find some reason to dismiss this particular "Study".
Why?
Plantation doctors can't stay in business if people start eating natural food.
People who eat natural food don't need their drugs and "vaccines" to stay alive.
I hear ya Plantation MD.
Too bad Undercover Black Man believed in you.
DV, I am not sure how you are invoking David here but I wonder how you mean. He died from a congenital disorder which lies in wait to get you and usually people with brain aneurysms seem to die in middle age. Can you please explain how naturopathic remedies could have prevented his ANEURYSM from forming?
I am asking in earnest because there are many natural cures that conventional medicine has ignored and now starting to consider. One example is Arsenic been used in Chinese medicine for centuries. Western scientists found that Arsenic can benefit a type of leukemia recently. So what I'm getting at is if you know of an alternative cure and or prevention for aneurysms please say something.
Otherwise it looks like what you said is a cheap shot and I don't want to misinterpret youeither so...
Mahndisa,
When 48 year old men, who are 50 to 100 pounds overweight drop dead in the middle of a conversation ... unless it was a gunshot ... their diet had something to do with it.
We can sit up here with our heads in the sand regarding the loss of UBM, or we can learn from it.
Ways to Prevent a Brain Aneurysm
Associated Content Home
Health & Wellness
A brain aneurysm occurs when there is a bulge in the blood vessels located in the brain. It is possible to have an undetected aneurysm. In fact, it is estimated that 3 to 5 percent of the American population has an
aneurysm. This accounts for nearly 2 million people. These aneurysms remain unnoticed because they have not ruptured. Once a brain aneurysm ruptures, the risk of stroke increases. Death may also occur. Fortunately, surgery is available to treat aneurysms before they rupture. More importantly, there is also valuable information available to help prevent a brain aneurysm. If you are at risk for developing an aneurysm, consider the following tips.
• Maintain Weight and Exercise. Regular exercise and maintaining a healthy weight contributes to good health. Because many health conditions can be attributed to lack of physical activity and obesity, it is important to adopt a regular workout routine. Ideally, each person should exercise three or four times a week for at least twenty minutes. This might include walking, jogging, aerobics, etc. The key is to get the heart pumping, which strengthens the heart muscles and sheds the pounds.
• Eat Fiber, Avoid Fats. Eating foods high in fiber also contributes to good health, and will decrease your risk of developing a brain aneurysm. On the contrary, diets high in fat will greatly increase the risk. Thus, if helps to limit your intake of fatty foods.
• Give Up Smoking. According to recent health studies, persons who smoke die 7 to 10 year prematurely. Aside from the risk of lung cancer, asthma, and emphysema, smoking also causes blood vessels to narrow. When this happens, the risk of aneurysm greatly increases.
• High Blood Pressure. Another risk factor for brain aneurysms is high blood pressure. Routine physical examinations are vital. This way, physicians can easily detect blood pressure problems. If suffering from high blood pressure, treatment is important because this may cause an aneurysm to rupture.
DV those things at best can delay the time that the thing ruptures but in time, even a marathon runner with weakened blood vessels that become aneurysms will have ruptured. Notice that your article points to surgery as an option.
This is in and of itself is not a holistic suggestion aside from the usual admonitions to eat well and take care of oneself. The suggestions don't get rid of the weakened vessels that are likely to bulge in the first place.
If you could refer me to some oil or other substance that corrects these structural problems in the vessels that would be cool. But what I see is that there is very little that holistic health or traditional medicine can do for aneurysms.
Also surgeries for aneurysms are still not as successful as other types of surgeries. There is a high mortality rate. An Uncle of mine had an aneurysm and was hospitalized for 18 months. He wasn't brain dead but he was in a coma. They weren't medicating and all he did was twitch all day. He eventually died RIP. I know he didn't take good care of himself but he was also middle aged and had congenitally weak vessels too.
There has to be a way to treat aneurysms and their causes that is better than what we have now!
MOTI,
Have you EVER in your entire life eaten pork?
Contrast that with someone who overeats, including pork products.
Who is going to get sick?
You are looking past the obvious. Overeat anything, especially fatty cuts of meat, and you'll probably find yourself in poor health.
Rig,
I went thru this with a friend and the holistic Dr.'s
Just an Opinion. I don't need the FDA after me for giving suggestions. :)
Worked for a lot of people in the non surgical and non rat poison (Big Pharma) world.
He suggested Cayenne Pepper. (liquid form) Always have it with you.
High Levels of vitamin E, Fish Oil etc. Increase them.
Nattokinase (daily)- chinese -Best clot buster in the world. Best circulation medicine in the world.
Copper.
Water level increase to half your body weight in oz.
However. That will only account for 30% of the fix along with the other dietary things you suggested.
The remaining 70% is STRESS (Anger and fear). See Dr. Bruce Lipton.
See Dr. Leonard Coldwell and also Raymond Frances (Never be sick again).
They kind of all end up in the same place of the Brain and what your mind can do to the body.
No if and and buts, STRESS is what triggers the bomb.
Hope this was helpful.
Namaste-
Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin, like Vitamins A,D, and K.
Be careful with high doses of any of these. Please.
THE SELECTION AND THERAPEUTIC USE OF VITAMIN E
Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin, and is remarkably safe. Doctors have given quantities as high as 3200 International Units (IU) per day harmlessly. This is over 100 times the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA).
The natural, best form of vitamin E is called "D-alpha tocopherol with mixed natural tocopherols." and is made from vegetable oil. The synthetic form is DL-alpha tocopherol. “D” or “DL”? Not a big difference in name, is it. There is evidence that the natural "D" (dextro-, or right-handed) molecular form of vitamin E is more useful to the body than is the synthetic. The natural form is also more expensive, but not all that much more. In choosing a vitamin E supplement, you should carefully read the label... the entire label. It is remarkable how many natural-looking brown bottles with natural-sounding brand names contain a synthetic vitamin.
SUCCESSFUL REPORTED THERAPEUTIC USES OF VITAMIN E
According to Wilfrid Shute, M.D. and Evan Shute, M.D., Vitamin E in quantity has many benefits. One is an oxygen-sparing effect on heart muscle. Another benefit is that Vitamin E helps to gradually break down blood clots in the circulatory system, and helps prevent more from forming. Vitamin E encourages collateral circulation in the smaller blood vessels of the body. It seems to promote healing with the formation of much less scar tissue. Vitamin E helps strengthen and regulate the heartbeat.
The above benefits, say the Shutes, mean that vitamin E is important in the treatment of many diseases of the circulatory system. These cardiologists treated heart attacks, angina, atherosclerosis, rheumatic fever, acute and chronic rheumatic heart disease, congenital heart diseases, intermittent claudication, varicose veins, thrombophlebitis, and high blood pressure. That's quite a list, to which they soon added diabetes and burns as well. Many medical authorities were skeptical, to say the least. Vitamin E seemed to be too good for too many illnesses.
Before the Shutes' viewpoint on vitamin E can be disregarded we must consider that they treated more than 30,000 cardiac patients over a period of more than 30 years. Their success cannot be easily dismissed. Today, the Shute Institute in London, Ontario, Canada, continues to see cardiac patients from all over the world, providing what is arguably the most thorough and successful vitamin E treatment for heart disease anywhere.
Drs. Wilfrid and Evan Shute give dosage information in their excellent books, many of which are readily available at bookstores, health food stores, and your public library. Be sure to ask the librarian and to use interlibrary loan if you have any trouble finding a book. Since the effective dose of vitamin E varies with the individual condition, it is always a good idea to have medical supervision.
However to DMG's point. See the following:
SOME GUIDELINES
Persons with high blood pressure need to increase their daily amount of vitamin E gradually, say the Shutes. This is because the vitamin increases the strength of the heartbeat, and a gradual increase of E avoids any sudden rise in blood pressure. The Shutes found that over a period of months, a gradually increasing dose can yield a lower blood pressure.
The Shutes said that persons with a chronic rheumatic heart do not tolerate much vitamin E and need medical supervision if they are to use it.
Persons taking drugs such as Coumadin (warfarin) commonly find that their tests indicate a decreased need for "blood-thinning" drugs. The intelligent way to deal with this is to work with your doctor, who is responsible for your prescription.
@ Rig,
I think that these two videos are a great place to start on Dr. Bruce Lipton and 2.
It blows my mind because it is where biology meets physics. It also puts every discussion of medicine that we have had into play. DMG- be my guest, please have at Dr. Lipton without ad hominem :).
Perception is everything for the "other" magic 70%.

"If you could refer me to some oil or other substance that corrects these structural problems in the vessels that would be cool." MR
I did already.
Eat natural food.
That's where you get your "good oils".
That's where you get your antibiotics. That's where you get your blood thinners.
The Plantation has made us forget that FOOD ... IS ... MEDICINE.
Real food.
The food you are supposed to eat.
The food that makes you well.
Not garbage that makes you sick.
The Plantation has been feeding people garbage that has been making us sick for so long ... we've forgotten what it is to be well.
When you are well you don't need drugs.
If you are eating a natural healthy diet complete with the necessary micronutrients ... and your blood vessels still burst ... There's nothing a "drug" could have done anyway.
The answer to EVERY health issue is t
PlantationMD "Contrast that with someone who overeats, including pork products."
That's stupid.
What is the "right" amount of pork?
What is the "right" amount of genetically modified pigs raised on a diet of antibiotics and growth hormones?
Come on Doc ....Tor.
Riddle me that?
Thanks for the video links HW. NO DV you didn't answer the question because you don't know the answer to it.
All problems cannot simply be solved by diet alone. A structural problem in the blood vessels that leads to an aneurysm is a bit more complex than what you lead on. Recall Submariners example a few weeks ago where someone who was as healthy as a horse up and died from an aneurysm. Oh that was on Subrealism's blog I think.
Think about all the health food nuts that die in their fifties, even if they eat raw vegan and exercise all the time. There is more to health and wellness than diet, albeit diet is a large percentage of what can cure or kill us.
Other issues remain that cannot exclusively be treated with diet.
I take olive oil and coconut oil orally along with fish oil and vitamin E every day. It seems to have helped my health quite a bit. And I eat pretty well. However my health still isn't one hundred percent because of structural weaknesses in my body.
I'll check out the links HW. Thanks again.
"All problems cannot simply be solved by diet alone." M.R.
Name One _______________ ?
Broken leg, diabetic wound, insect bite, traumatic injury and lastly the most obvious ANEURYSMS.
You can admit that you are wrong on this issue because the only treatment the snippet you provided me was SURGERY. You cannot give someone nuts and berries when they have an aneurysm you need to do something to HELP them survive. Food likely won't at that moment when it ruptures. Think of something else.
Rig,
Don't sleep on this. Cayenne.
And also this.
It has been know to stop strokes in their track. Emergency Liquid form.
Namaste-
Thank you wax.
Saved me some keystrokes.
So about Lipton...give me a reason to waste 15 minutes. What's he about?
MOTI,
Well, it's not stupid. You'd have us believe that any ingestion of pork will have you suddenly morbidly obese in an ICU gasping for breath.
You contend that there is something intrinsic to pork that does the damage, rather than say ingesting disgusting amounts.
Whatever.
Wax,
What sort of strokes will it "stop in it's tracks". Help me out.
DMG,
Please turn a new leaf man. If you really want to get some ideas. Maybe start here.
If not just let it go in peace.
It is well know in the treatment for Heart attacks and strokes in the non- Allopathic community. The same way you might believe in an aspirin, the same way the belief about cayenne.
This bring me to the point about Lipton. He is an allopathic Dr. and Researcher who brought his physics to his biology background and made some interesting conclusions in regard to your belief systems.
Ate his lunch!
Very eye opening revelations to all sides.
No battles Brah...... He shows you in a scientific way what they do to you.
I think after anyone watches the videos, they would be just a little concern about their behavior.
Good luck.
^^ DMG is just going to tell you how he doesn't have the time to watch some conspiracy theory video (that assaults truth) and interrupt him "saving lives" as another patient leaves out the hospital on a conveyor belt.
HW I honestly can appreciate a link to the benefits of cayenne. But do you realize that none of you have been able to give me an answer to the original question:
What to do for an ANEURYSM using natural medicine? The western physicians haven't figured it out very well yet. At least not in the US, I think Finland has better surgery outcomes with aneurysms than here, but I might be wrong...
Cayenne is magical. I had pneumonia at the beginning of my pregnancy and was without insurance and my husband was just laid off. Times were rough but he made a cayenne concoction with fresh garlic and orange juice and I drank it and sweated for the night.
I was a lot better in the morning and ended up not having to go to the ER. My baby came out just fine too. So I believe in the merits of cayenne. But I am not sure how any of its mechanisms could prevent an aneurysm from rupturing, that is really the crux of my questions...
"You contend that there is something intrinsic to pork that does the damage, rather than say ingesting disgusting amounts.
Whatever." DMG
Whatever?
lol.
OK. It's exactly that type of arrogant ignorance that your patients are all diseased, sick and dying.
You disdain what you don't understand.
Your point of contention is that only "too much" pork can hurt you.
I'm not worried about what can hurt you.
I am focused on what can help you.
Why eat anything that doesn't HELP your body?
ANYTHING?
...
...
Ahhhhhhh fuck it.
I'm tired of arguing with Negros about pork.
It's slave food.
Negro.
Eat what want.

LOL ...
I'm like seriously Doc.
I appreciate the advice and all.
But that Mainstream / CDC / FDA / AMA / Insurance Company / Big Pharmaceutical hocus pocus you call ... "medicine" aint getting high customer reviews.
Who have helped make healthier?
Shit.
Now that I think about it.
I've had a more positive impact on people's health deprogramming from that government medicine you preach.

I appreciate the advice and all.
But that Mainstream / CDC / FDA / AMA / Insurance Company / Big Pharmaceutical hocus pocus you call ... "medicine" aint getting high customer reviews.
Who have you ever actually helped make healthier?
Nah. I'm sure you've done some wonderful things in triage. Congratulations.
But outside of trauma. Have you ever actually helped make someone Healthier?
What was that you say the other day?
oh!
"Real Talk". (lol. that still cracks me up)
Shit.
Now that I think about it.
I've had a more positive impact on people's health than you have.
Real talk.
Just by deprogramming them from that government medicine you preach.
Wax,
I was really asking. By the way Lipton isn't a physician, he's a PhD. Small point, but one I thought you should know.
Gee-Chee...um don't you have some "business" to attend to...they ain't going to suck themselves you know.
Anyway, Wax we've been on this ride before. It call comes down to plausible mechanism of action and efficacy. Not really interested in a promotional video. Show me the data...or better, walk me through it yourself. Truce on the battle for now. Gimme what you got. Let's talk about this.
MOTI,
You didn't put up an argument. That's the point of my "whatever". You NEVER put up an argument when you've been called out. You posture, change the subject, rhyme, go off on tangents. I can't even get mad at you anymore. It's just kind of pathetic that you think the same bluster is going to get you out of a jam everytime. Again, I say "Whatever".
:)
Sup' peoples?
Just droppin' a link...
Hi DMG :)
Cés
I'm watching you.
Anon,
Thanks for the link. Sounds interesting. Rat studies are great, but aren't directly applicable to humans. Also I know it's suggested, but did you happen to read in the original paper if the weight gain reached statistical significance?
