Ok im no expert but ill try to explain it thus.
Its the whole Free Man Of The Land (FMOTL) movement. Its an interesting view on the history and development of law and the changing relationship people have to the law.
In most common law countries there are 2 forms of law working.
1 Common law or law of the Land which seems to have evolved directly from christian bible. Basicaly dont cause loss, harm or be fraudulent in your dealings.
2 Civil law, also seemingly called Commerce law, Admiralty law or law of the Sea. Basically the law of contracting and money.
Common law recognises you as a free and sovereign soul. Now this is where it all gets complicated.
Civil law is about contracting, a promise. No one can be force into a contract, a contract = a free choice or its not a contract. But Jesus says in the bible to never make any promise. So to get round this a legal fiction is created. You contract via the legal fiction. This legal fiction is called person.
If you accept that you are a person then you have accepted all contracts pertaining to your person and you are now subject to statute laws.
So in some way the term person is a legal meme to confuse you away from your free and sovereign soul.

Yeah, whole common vs admiralty law is where im coming from with this. Some say the argument of person is based on a conceipt of the law and dismiss it. But there is a corporate movement to subvert or consume common law tradition and get everyone into civil duristriction = modern slave system.
The conspiracy, if there is such a thing, is obvious at its most exposed point, economics and law. I believe to fully interact with society an understanding of law and also an understanding of the basis of our economic system is necessary. Sure enough they dont teach either in school.

Now as for the CAPS thing, it historicaly denoted death, it denotes use of your person or legal fiction, your signature denotes your free sovereign soul. Example is your credit card has your name in caps on it, your signature authorises it.

The brochure, aimed at young people living with HIV, contains explicit and graphic details on sex, as well as the promotion of casual sex in many forms. The brochure claims, "Many people think sex is just about vaginal or anal intercourse... But, there are lots of different ways to have sex and lots of different types of sex. There is no right or wrong way to have sex. Just have fun, explore and be yourself!" The brochure goes on to encourage young people to "Improve your sex life by getting to know your own body. Play with yourself! Masturbation is a great way to find out more about your body and what you find sexually stimulating. Mix things up by using different kinds of touch from very soft to hard. Talk about or act out your fantasies. Talk dirty to them."
The brochure also tells students that national laws requiring HIV-positive people to reveal their status to their partner(s) "violate the rights of people living with HIV" and calls for advocacy to "change laws that violate your rights." It explains, "There are many reasons that people do not share their HIV status. ... They may worry that people will find out something else they have kept secret, like they are using injecting drugs, having sex outside of a marriage or having sex with people of the same gender."
