Day two and I have pooped out a baby. my skin is tingling and I didn't even wake up to pee last night. I need to do this forever.

lol. I know from doing this before that the first three to five days are the hardest. After that it's overdrive. I do feel more alive already though.
Come on in!

Go 'head R.
I started a juice fast this past Sabbath. Days 3-5 are def the hardest but by day 7 your body has this nice clean feel. Nothing tastes as good as clean feels.

Scientists have shown that cooking vegetables to a certain temperature can increase the absorption of nutrients, although that salad looks kind of good. From what I can see, raw veganism works good for a short period of time like up to a year or two. For people with severe health problems and obesity, raw veganism might be a good start for detoxification but certainly isn't sustainable in the long run.

I am excited because I will get getting my first colonic on Friday! After waiting fifteen years for someone do to it in my town at a reputable place;) After that, I will detox for about fifty days or so. Since I am allergic to so many things, especially raw veggies, I will have to cook my veggies.

The past week I was on a vegetarian cooked detox plan. I got cravings but not so much for meat as for bread because it was also gluten free. I got some cassava flour and made pan de yucca y queso with it my last day of detox and it was quite good.
