This statement has nothing to do with the sheer quantity of people as in India.
It is a reference to the quality of people that could be produced by Married brothas and sistas who RAISED them as only brothas and sistas can do.

SO, resident gymnast are you saying there aren't 1 million brotha/sista (quality) couplings in this country? In Nigeria? Surely Ethiopia? On this planet?
So I ask again. Where is the power? I'm not doubting a strong family unit makes for a great force. I just believe for a people to have power, there needs to be more than marriage production of children. There needs to be forward movement. There are at LEAST 1 million couples on this rock that meet your narrow criteria of "brotha/sista" (whatever that may be) and have produced at LEAST 2 million ("quality") children over the past 25 years. You haven't proven your original statement.
