DMG ... Sadly, Resorts To Fear To Push Corporate Vaccines. Guess That Is Easier Than Addressing the Mercury, Anti-Freeze & Bovine Serum

DMG said...
You know, I've largely left you all alone about this H1N1 thing lately because it's not worth my time. Some of you are ignorant and really enjoy wallowing in it, so I leave you to it.

But you all don't need to watch people die in front of you. You never have to see the life pass out of their eyes, while you are doing chest compressions. You don't have to listen to the wails of a surviving spouse and children who just their mother or father at a young age. When people die in front of you who have no pressing medical problems other than a deadly virus it gets to you. But you all don't have to deal with the consequences of your influence... if anyone is weak minded enough to actually pay attention to the shit you all spew.

Nope, you all just sit back and pontificate about things you know nothing about. Worrying about the miniscule chance of getting Guillain Barre...instead of the greater chance dying like a dog from severe acute respiratory failure connected to a ventilator while one organ system after another fails.

I got my flu shot, and Flu Mist. Willfully. But I've already wasted enough keystrokes on you all...

Obfuscation to the fullest.Notice he doesn't address the substance of the video, which is that a gal got a severe reaction to the seasonal flu shot. He always makes these quasi appeals to morality by making assumptions about our personal experience and levels of education. The arrogance of this person is astounding.

What I find particularly troubling about this comment, though, is that it fails to address substantive questions about VACCINE SAFETY and EFFICACY.

He can't.

He's not equipped.

Dude's a clown with a stethoscope and student loans.

He's not trained to "address" issues. He's trained to parrot doctrine. Regurgitate dogma. Toe the line.

Allopathic medicine is a religion and MD's are priests.

Just like bible thumpin' preachers warn of death and mayhem to those who don't repent and (pay) ... modern MD's imply those that don't submit to their snake oil and (pay) will die of painful "respiratory failure" ... leaving the benevolent good intentioned doctor ... to deal with the wails of the spouses and "young children".

Hollywood couldn't write that shit any better.

DMG thinks this is the old days when doctors could just use 'big words' and stupid peasants would follow doctors "orders" without question.

Nah, Negro. This is the information age. YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT WE DON'T KNOW.

Let me repeat:

YOU DON'T KNOW SHIT WE DON'T KNOW.

Any educated person armed with Google can avail themselves of as much information and intelligent discourse on health issues as any nerd who managed to survive medical school.

YA'LL REALLY AINT THAT DEEP DOC.

For example.

DMG likes to speak as if ALL Medical Doctors have faith in the flu vaccine and recommend it to their patients.

Most of the anti-vaccine literature is authored by medical doctors.

He pretends he doesn't see that.

In some cases upwards of HALF of medical doctors are either refusing the vaccines for themselves or not allowing their families to take it.

Actually M ... I think the brother has doubts about the vaccine. But his pride is hurt.

What's he going to do? Come back to DV.Net and ... ACKNOWLEDGE he may have been wrong? ADMIT he too has learned some disturbing things about the dangers of the vaccine and has some second thoughts?

Hell no.

That's like a Priest admitting there is reason to doubt Jesus actually walked on water.

Just morbidly curious, here. Will there ever be a mandatory flu shot requirement for state officials/judges?

Heh, ever see a farmer forcefully hold his livestock, and then administer a brand, or a shot, or a tag on his/her ear or what have you? Anyone else starting to get that same feeling as a human?

DMG, I'm curious about your perspective, do you have any reaction to the video at all?

Michael Fisher said...

DMG...

"Nope, you all just sit back and pontificate about things you know nothing about."

DV carries on about "Hegelianism".

Has he ever read Hegel or does he even know the titles of Hegel's most important treatises?

No. Check

DV pontificates about the Hip Hop music Industry.

Has DV ever been involved professionally with any Hip Hop artists on any level?

No. Check.

DV, carries on about the supposed "voluntary" re-enslavement of Black folks after the Civil War and that asserts that black folks had no part in the abolition of slavery (and proved to be woefully ignorant about 200,000 ex-slaves fighting under Union arms).

Does DV know anything about African-American history?

No. Check.

DV carries on about Denmark Vesey.

Does DV know anything in-depth about Denmark Vesey including the fact that Denmark Vesey's actual name was Telemaque?

No. Check.

Further examples abound...

So, does DMG have a point there?

Yes. Check.

Not fear you morons. My last couple of days at work.

Mahndisa...I addressed the video in my first paragraph. Miniscule chance of having a bad reaction. There's not even evidence that her condition came from the vaccine. Correlation does not equal causation...but we've been through that ad nauseum now haven't we? And don't go of on some tangent about how I haven't explained the volume of evidence about vaccine efficacy. You have a computer, do your own goddamn homework (...feel free to have your scheduled frothing at the mouth explosion now).

Pink, One person who has a reaction that may or may not have a connection to a vaccine does not mean the vaccine needs to withdrawn or that there should be public hysteria over taking it. Having a severe form of Pandemic flu is not that high. However, the likelihood of you becoming dystonic is dwarfed in comparison of you getting a severe form of H1N1.

MOTI you know who the clown is. You look at him in the mirror on a daily basis. Your narcissism knows no bounds so you are daily performing the jiggaboo dance on this website to read your own flawed words. You cannot explain in depth ONE point you've ever tried to make. No NOT FUCKING ONE. You've been thoroughly trounced everytime you've attempted a fight, and merely retreat to the same old nervous rhyming and calls to your own personal tea-partyesque mob of yes men and women to shout ever more moronic strings of words. You don't even know the basic principles of biology, yet you attempt to have high level discussions. You are simply a moron with a big mouth, who likes to talk shit. Before the internet you would be found holding court on some random street corner either holding a bottle wrapped in a brown paper bag, or wearing a bow-tie selling bean pies. You contradict yourself so often that you can't even keep your philosphy straight. Yet you have other fools who attempt to co-sign every bit of the wet, steamy excrement that drips from your lips.

Look, you've made me waste 6 mins of my time.

Mike,

I check in every once in awhile, and shake my head at almost every post here. Sometimes the posts coincide with the real world, and then I comment. Reading this nonsense an hour after having done chest compressions on a relatively young patient just set me off a bit. Again, like I've said several times...I could care less if any of you all get either vaccine. My only request is that you don't cry, "...damn, damn, DAMN! Why LAWD, why?!" if something preventable happens.

Anonymous,
Yes, one would think the discourse would be more profound, with a moniker invoking Telemaque (choosing to use his slave name is telling...). But hey it's the internet, any idiot can put up a page, call it what he or she likes and yell all he wants, without regard to facts.

Michael Fisher said...

^Yeah, I get you DMG. But, let's be honest. WE are coming around "DV"'s corner to watch his ripple-drinking pseudo-intellectual dribble. Ain't exactly like he's chasing us down like a Jehova's Witness and forcing us over here.

Mahndisa S. Rigmaiden said...

Actually DMG you have frothed at the mouth. Your comment simply shows that you have a superiority complex and an incessant need to 'correct' those with whom you disagree.

The fact that there is only a miniscule chance of such a bad reaction to vaccines does nothing to convince me to take any of these drugs. In fact, as a doctor you should be asking yourself why she reacted so badly.

Aren't you curious about her genetic profile or anything else that may have made her succeptible to having such a bad reaction? Aren't you concerned that vaccines 'one size fits all' medicine will produce more severe reactions among greater numbers of people since the goal is to get everyone immunized?

Fish, while you brought up valid points over DV's interpretation of history to an extent, you didn't address the substance of the post which is vaccine safety and efficacy.

This is why I've always wondered if you really are a doctor. Your lack of scientific curiosity is astounding. If you really cared about your work, you would try to figure this stuff out. But instead you come here to treat us like garbage. Frother.

Michael Fisher said...

Mahndisa...

"Fish, while you brought up valid points over DV's interpretation of history to an extent, you didn't address the substance of the post which is vaccine safety and efficacy."

I'm not a doctor, Mahndisa.

As to DV's post. There's a lot of objection to the vaccine. In Germany, for example, the Government is using a different non-fortified version of the vaccine for the members of the German cabinet, while they rest of the population has to use the Glaxo-Kline version.

So there appear to be problems.

But that ain't my point. My point is a larger one. "DV" appears to oppose stuff for ideological reasons. For example, National Health Care which he opposes in principle due to uncorroborated conspiracy theories of "Illuminati Jews". Same with vaccines, which he opposes on principle. Instead, the correct demand would be for safe and effective vaccines, safe and efficient health care for all, etc. His point about eating healthy is a very good point, but he uses that point to dismiss the very big problem of homicide in the black community. And he's got to do that in order to justify his infatuation with Gangsta Hip Hop and drug dealers. Th fact, that violent homocide in the black community has a much larger effect than the death of these young men, namely the fact that it psychologically serves to destabilize (terrorize) the black community and causes additional life-shortening stress, is lost on him.

Michael Fisher said...

Mahndisa...

"last paragraph meant for dmg not fish."

Oh, ok.

Mahndisa S. Rigmaiden said...

Thanks Fish, I realized that I didn't post that with as much continuity as I should have..

And your answer to me was quite reasonable. I tend to agree that sometimes DV's interpretation of history is revisionist to compliment his beliefs. But the whole thing about eating right and living a healthy lifestyle is important and a topic with which we can all agree.

I also appreciate that you acknowledged that we need SAFE and EFFICACIOUS vaccines. Given the fact that vaccine manufacturers are given blanket immunity from suits related to vaccine injury, they have absolutely no incentive to get it right. We know the conflicts of interest that occur at the intersection of healthcare and commerce.

With that in mind, I can appreciate some of DV's rantings;)

dx said...

MR...that's a good point...DV's raisin' a bitin' issue about vaccines (that, evidently, EVERYONE will be forced to take in the near future)

now u (dmg, mike) might disagree with the position that some of us make, however the condescending tone y'all take suggest a complete lack of respect for folk recognizin' the acute danger of this 1 size fits all apparatus.

not dealing with the fact that there is a "real" concern here is to consent...makes me wonder!!!

Michael Fisher said...

^the condescending tone.

Condescending tone like what? Like calling people we don't agree with "Plantation Negroes?"

dx said...

there's nothing condescendin' bout the truth...

DMG said...

Dx,

I think you already realize, texting, emailing, and blogging are imperfect media. There is a high likelihood that someones "tone" will be minsunderstood by the recipient. If you choose to believe that I don't respect you, I can't do anything about that. I write and speak the way I write and speak. If you take that as a haughty tone, I can't do anything about it. And, no, I won't change.

I've presented, on several occasions, data debunking the hysteria surrounding Thimerosal and many other vaccine ingredients...hell I even WALKED you all through the pathways. Did it make a difference? No.

As far as people being forced to take vaccines, I'm against it. However, these same people don't have a right to work in a hospital and put patients at risk...you wouldn't allow somone with active tuberculosis taking care of your child in the ICU would you?

The risk of getting a vaccine is miniscule compared to the risk of not. It's your choice. Use the information how you like.

Kimberly said...

dmg wouldn't it make more sense to force people to get more sunshine and to take vitamin D supplements?

wouldn't that actually be a safer alternative than injecting people with untested vaccines containing dangerous ingredients like mercury and live animal viruses?

don't you think the push behind the vaccines has anything to do with the billions of dollars the pharmaceutical companies who patented the vaccines stand to make?

isn't it more about money than the health of the American people?

is your loyalty to science and health or to the corporations who ultimately employ you?

CNu said...

When will a story on this vaccine finally discuss the elephant in the room? That decades of deregulation, greed, and corruption have created a deep well of distrust among you towards your government?

You get lied to -- a lot.

You have come to understand that the concerns and needs of the herd mean nothing, and that the concerns of the powerful and connected mean everything.

You've come to understand that with very few exceptions you cannot trust the media to tell you the truth.

Why wouldn't an understandably suspicious people be more willing to trust artfully presented information found online than what their government tells them?

Only the congenitally simple believe this article is about H1N1 vaccination.

This article, as with 99% of what is taught at Denmark Vesey is about the righteous decline of trust in authority -- and manifold reasons for it.

The question begged here, as with most of what is taught here in school is;

where is the accountability?

Denmark Vesey is school for sleeping livestock.

Accept no substitutes.

Everything else, is merely conversation......,

"I tend to agree that sometimes DV's interpretation of history is revisionist..."

Revisionist? Mahndisa, if it only were so. "DV"s "interpretation of history" is not revisionist, it is bereft of basic knowledge. Now that wouldn't be so bad if he would admit to it. However, the man is the Sarah Palin of the internet: Vacuous. Trying to make it look like he knows something, when he knows nothing. Even his conspiracy theories are unadulterated knock-offs of Alex Jones' Prison Planet. Word for word.

And Craig: I have no doubt that what you say upthread about the need for a healthy mistrust of authority is valid. But "DV" ain't the one to teach. When Craig Nulan talks about Hegel, one can at the very least be assured that Craig Nulan read Hegel. When "DV" talks about Hegel one can certainly be assured of the opposite.

A teacher who has an aversion to in-depth knowledge and understanding is no teacher at all. It doesn't matter how mistrustful he may be of deceptive authority.

Naw, "DV" ain't school. It's toddler playground.

Kimberly,

Your assertion about Vitamin D, unfortunately is absurd. Period. Not trying to be mean, but it doesn't make any sense, so therefore I'll not comment further. If you can give me a plausible explanation why this would work, I'd love to hear it.

BTW, you will get more Mercury from eating fish than from being injected from vaccines.

I can't convince you that there is no conspiracy to make money on vaccines, so I won't try. If you want to believe it, then so be it.

"isn't it more about money than the health of the American people?"

Right now at my hospital, we are seeing a rising number of people with severe acute respiratory failure caused by H1N1 positive influenza. Many of these people would not otherwise be in the hospital...let alone actively trying to die, including three young, otherwise healthy pregnant women all under the age of 26, who had prenatal care.

"is your loyalty to science and health or to the corporations who ultimately employ you?"

My loyalties? Corporations don't employ me. There is no pressure to "tow the line". My loyalty is to keeping alive the often ungrateful patients in my care. If you've read ANYTHING I've ever written on this site you wouldn't be questioning my loyalty. The majority of people on this site have no background in science, but will make ham-handed attempts at debating scientific principles based on something they once read on a website...especially our host.

And of course "DVD"'s "Evolution is bullshit" meme.
