Agreed. Abortion = crime prevention in this case. Without it, this country would already look like a sub-Saharan tribal warfare zone.
Not a perfect solution, but the perfect solution would be for these Blacks to have stable 2-parent families before popping out any kids, and then only having as many as they can reasonably afford. Which will never happen. So, Plan B is the best realistic alternative.

There IS NO connection to the person who would "attack Planned Parenthood" to attack "careless behavior".
THERE IS A CONNECTION between the PEOPLE ACTING CARELESSLY and what they produce 9 months later (or their results on their HIV tests).

My only quibble is your adopting the stance that if the initial conditions were polar opposites then the outcome would still be the same. You seem to be submitting to the liberal idea of inevitability without reference to actual causation.
It is almost certain that if the legalization of abortion had been left to the states and the solid cultural meme that indicated the moral abomination that was the practice of abortion (purposely killing one's child in utero) HAD STOOD then the likelihood of needing to adopt 17 million NOW NOT aborted black babies would seem wildly preposterous.
The legalization of abortion and the subsequent cultural meme that declared it a "fundamental right" has done nothing to rid us of "unwanted children," black or white. In fact, the legalization of abortion has done what any scientist could have AND SHOULD HAVE predicted. We now devalue children more than ever. We also murder in mass, dump in garbage cans, bury dead and alive and sometimes behead them and ABORTION has been legal for over 30 years.
