Malaria Kills Millions. Polio Kills No One. Why Are International NGO's Still Spending Millions To Push The Oral Polio Vaccine In Africa?

Approximately 300 million people worldwide are affected by malaria and between 1 and 1.5 million people die from it every year.

There were 1,652 cases of polio reported in the world in 2008.

WASHINGTON, - About one million people die every year from malaria, including a child every 30 seconds. Over 300 million are infected annually. Africa alone, according to studies, loses 12 billion dollars in productivity and to treating the disease. And almost all of it is easily preventable.

But resources have been scarce and attention to the killer mosquito-borne disease relatively low, in large part because the disease burden rests almost exclusively in the poorest countries.

NEW YORK, – As part of a massive polio immunization drive across Africa, more than a million health workers will be travelling, by land, sea and air, house to house through 22 countries, to vaccinate roughly 100 million children.

...and do you know WHY there were that few cases of polio?

But you'll probably be against a vaccine for malaria.

There is a malaria vaccine that is in Phase III Clinical trials.

Good Morning Doc!

My apologies to Mrs. DMG for engaging so much of her husbands time yesterday. Please explain brothers need these Lincoln / Douglas showdowns regarding issues like this more often. Most cats talking sports. We are considering the origin of AIDS and deconstructing 50 years of Eugenecist propaganda.

Although, my wife had her lips poked out for a minute too. I had promised to watch some French flick with her called "The Last Mistress". Starring Asia Argento. It was a good film. If you get a chance check it out.

I know it depends on who you ask.

If you ask the World Health Organization, vaccine manufacturers and the medical establishment, they will swear up and down polio has been "eradicated" because of mass inoculation of the entire human species.

If you ask many doctors, microbiologists and quality thinkers they say:

"Vaccination Did Not End Epidemics.

While we have all been taught that vaccination ended the world’s many deadly epidemics, an honest and careful review of original historical medical sources, publications and statistics from the past two hundred years reveals that infectious diseases declined 90 percent before mass vaccination was ever introduced.

Experts attribute the cessation of epidemic diseases not to mass vaccination, but to a major sanitation reform movement that swept Europe during the 1800s. These reforms included moving human waste out of streets via plumbing systems; regularly cleaning streets and stables of horse manure and human waste; improving roads so that meats, vegetables and raw milk could be distributed in cities while still fresh; and upgrading water distribution systems to prevent bacterial contamination.12

All the old terror diseases of plague, black death and cholera responded to these reforms, and epidemics declined throughout the 1800s, long before the advent of vaccination. Even the CDC reported in 1999 that infectious diseases declined in the past century due to improvements in sanitation, water and hygiene. Vaccination against whooping cough, diphtheria, measles and polio all occurred only at the very end of the life cycle of each epidemic, exposing the fallacy of the claim that vaccination ended epidemics.13

The only exception to this decline in epidemic disease is smallpox, which, contrary to all we have been taught, actually increased with the advent of mandatory vaccination and decreased only after an organized uprising by parents and doctors forced European governments to end their mandatory vaccination programs.14 Even though the World Health Organization claims credit for the eradication of smallpox worldwide through vaccination, the fact is that smallpox declined in countries around the world whether the population had been vaccinated or not. As Dr. Glen Dittman said in 1986, “It is pathetic and ludicrous to say we vanquished smallpox with vaccines, when only 10 percent of the population were ever vaccinated."

Noooooooooo D! Nah man. I'm not like that.

I would only be against a malaria vaccine if it were manufactured with a live mosquito virus, administered by a medical establishment invested in an old orthodoxy, there was reason to believe it caused an epidemic like AIDS and was financed by Eugenicists.

Then I'd be asking the same questions I'm asking about the Oral Polio Vaccine.

Brother Vesey:

Where are the Black Nationalists who make use of the rhetorical challenge:

"Our people built the pyramids thousands of years ago with precision in alignment with the cosmos. SURELY we can put together a team of conscious African medical researchers to discover a cure for this deadliest of killers!!!!"

That's stupid.

Fuck "curing" disease.

Avoid catching it.

"An ounce of prevention is worth a ..."

Polio came from shitty water.

It's easier to fix the sewage system than it is to take "uncontaminated" monkey virus from chimps and injecting it into half of the human population.

duh ....

Unless the people feeding Monkey Virus Juice to Africans and Black Americans trying to kill two ... birds ... with one stone.

Then why don't Africans do that?

“In Nigeria, about 20% of children die before they reach the age of five. These deaths are usually from treatable diseases such as malaria, measles, whooping cough, diarrhea, and pneumonia. ... Less than 50% of infants are immunized against measles.

“Families and adults are also affected by inadequate public services such as water and sewage. About 80% of rural Nigerians and 47% of urban Nigerians do not have safe water to drink. ...

“Few cities have modern sewage disposal systems, which has resulted in the pollution of streams, wells, roadside drains, and most other bodies of water in Nigeria. The lack of clean drinking water increases the spread of infectious disease.”

UB!

Where you been man? Thought I was making some good points. You aint give your boy no credit.

Good question.

Well, haven't Africans improved their sanitation infrastructure dramatically over the past 45 years?

No. It's not Denmark or Germany, but as urbanization increases, the infrastructure seems to improve.

Of course perpetual war and the aftermath of colonialism hasn't helped the development of Africa's infrastructure, but it's better than it was.

But it does beg the question, why the continued (though rare) incidents of polio and the explosion of malaria?

Mills, you can get mad if you want, but many establishment microbiologists say the virus that causes polio was nearing the end of it's life cycle anyway. They point to places (like Europe) that did not inoculate with the Salk vaccine and went on to experience a dramatic drop in polio.

As a matter of fact, as Europe improved its sewage infrastructure, it just about became free of the Terror Plagues (Black plague, Bubonic plague, Yellow Fever etc.) that ravaged that continent in the middle ages.

Since the Live Monkey Virus Oral Polio Vaccine actually makes many people, particularly children, sick with polio each year the numbers suggesting their is still a polio threat can be misleading.

So .... Therefor .... Ergo ....

Why are International Organizations and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO's) spending 1000 times more money and resources vaccinate Africans instead of investing in clean water for Africans and Africa's sewage infrastructure?

So Brother Mills, for real man, why are they soooooooooooo invested in Monkey Virus Vaccines... given the VERY REAL POSSIBILITY it serves as a vehicle for the Simeon Immune Virus to jump from Chimps to people causing Human Immune Virus infection?

Or better yet. Why do you - Undercover Black Man - demonstrate such RELIGIOUS faith in a questionable practice like Live Monkey Virus inoculation of children?

You seem almost ... personally offended ... by my questions.

If I said I didn't believe Fresh Fruit was good for children - You would shrug your shoulders and not care.

Let a muhfuggah say Monkey Virus Vaccines are not good for children, you act like you want to fight:

"I'll spend my online hours elsewhere! Later Bitches!!"

Come on Mills. Explain that strange paradox to your boy.

EXACTLY

That is the problem.

SHIT IN THE WATER.

Not the need for Monkey Virus Vaccines.

****No vaccines in the world are going to protect children who drink water with feces in it!!!!

Fix the water. Save the child. No need for dangerous vaccines (that may or may not cause AIDS) ****

Am I crazy? Big Man? DMG? Sista Nurse? Robyn? Big Wayne? Mahndisa? Pink? Doc? II? BlackJohn? KP? CNu ... never mind CNu. Feedback? Mike Fisher? Somebody?

You don't have to be a Rocket Scientist or a medical doctor working for an HMO.

Am I crazy, or is that a GOOD FUCKING POINT?

Big Man said...

Seems like a good point.

Cats don't spend money on fixing the sewage system because it's easier to generate public support for saving diseased lives then it is to gin up support for spending money to improve the general quality of life of lazy niggers.

At least that's what I figure the folks in charge think.

Now, could it also be a means to spread some crazy disease that will eradicate black fols from the face of the Earth? Hell yeah. Don't know for sure though.

But, the main point that seems stupid to spend money in one place when it could be better used in another place is a rock solid point. Unfortunately, stupid stuff happens everyday.

Sorry peeps, I was spending my time reading today. I've seen Asia Argento in a number of films, pretty interesting actress. I'll see if I can get that on Netflix.

I've got some catching up to do. Well, DV, I'm happy to see that you are not completely anti-vaccine, that makes a big difference. Now I think I understand your concerns a bit better. Live vaccines still make me a bit queasy too. But I can read the literature and make sense of it, the general public can't. And again Risk-Benefit ratio. If you are at a high risk of getting the wild-type FULL STRENGTH virus, and it can kill you dead, or make you really ill, why would you be afraid of a very weak but alive vaccine that will at most only give you a mild form of the disease, but provide protection against the wild-type?

I'm not in the habit of steering people to How stuff Works for science info, but this one does a pretty good job of laying out the basics, and at first glance I didn't notice any egregious errors.

As far as vaccinations not ending epidemics, I can buy that. But, they helped. Alot. I think I mentioned better sanitation in my rebuttal of your graph a few days ago. There are even some conditions that may require emergency surgery we rarely see anymore because of vaccinations.

As far as Eugenecists (sp?) I don't know any who are doing any plotting. I don't see the benefit. Don't get me wrong, there are some unethical characters. Now if you see a pharma company giving out free samples of a new erectile dysfunction drug to Africans before it's gone through clearance here...then meet me DC, I'll bring the pitch forks.

Intellectual Insurgent said...

They may not be giving out free samples of erectile dysfunction meds, but they experiment on vaccines on orphans in Nigeria. I'll find the link.
