I see chicks like her all the time at work. She's got a "boy chest" (no offense, but let's be real y'all) and her body's just naturally pretty damn skinny. (This I can tell because her face looks pretty fleshy, her cheek bones aren't too pronounced.) Well, ok, the wrists are a little too skinny, so she might be close. But her body type looks like she probably hasn't ever been anywhere near over or under 5 lbs the weight she is here.
She's just a naturally skinny chick. I agree home girl needs a grease sammich or suh'in, but othawise, she straight.
And Pink-- Damn, girl, a rash? You got some good eyes. It looks like a sunspot to me.

...I don't know about a sunspot in just that one (very suspect) area. Currently both my arms, shoulders and tummy are peeling from too much sun... I can't imagine way the sun concentrated itself just on one area of her body... pretty sure that's a rash... DMG???
