i'm having to ratchet down and isolate the babeezy in my own son (we have a name for it, it's called Lolly, as in Lollygagging) and it's my duty to call it out to my son's attention every single time he falls under its influence. Cause he has to see it and learn to control it in himself.
My duty is to point it out to him and get him to want to address it and strike a balance with it. You can't kill it, but you have to come to terms with - and get a grip on it.
