The founders of the American state understood that the proper functioning of a democracy required an educated electorate. The guy on the right cant understand why this is happening. "Why "he asks "Is this real? Im a person.. I am a man I feel.."
The guys in the tank smirk and feel powerful unaware of the true nature of their actions...or perhaps completely aware..
