"50 Cent" doesn't really exist. He's a fictional character. A creation of a young man named Curtis Jackson, who also happens to be the actor who plays his part.
But Curtis is no more a rapper named "Fiddy", than Will Smith is a superhero named Hancock.
That said, he is a remarkably savvy writer actor and entrepreneur.
Based on from where he started, and never having kissed a boy on screen - Curtis Jackson is far more accomplished an artist than is Will Smith.
