I dunno. This brutha has had issues thoughout the season, so far. This I suspect is the final nail in his NYC coffin. Too bad. You would thunk he would have known better with all that has happend with Vick, et al. Dayyum. What a waste and now a record. I hope he invested his money wisely and still has some.
But GDawg.
What ... exactly ... was the brotha's crime?
Why might he go to jail?
Who is the victim?
This fool shot his-self in the leg DV!!!!!
He's permanently disqualified from packing heat and must be summarily punished for aggravated ass-clownery.
Illegal posession of weapon, Disturbing the peace,Failure to report a crime, etc. In NY state, weapons possession charges auto- maticallly means "you gon do some time!"
DV Said...
What ... exactly ... was the brotha's crime?
Stupidity!
And he shot himself... So add x2!
Plaxico is not the smartest guy on earth, but he doesn't deserve criminal charges.
though i may be accused of conflation, is it not noteworthy that just last year eagles coach andy reid's son was charged with weapons possession (including a sawed off shotgun). i remember seeing the piece in the metro section occupying all of one paragraph. can you imagine if that had been edward herman's son or tony dungy's son? not defending burress's lack of judgment but at least black folk should be tired of the parading of young black athletes as natural criminals. that negro with a gun syndrome is completely accurate dv. america has never been comfortable with the idea of 'negroes with guns.'
andy reid's son
Who is Andy Ried? and quickly what is is son's first name? You only provide a crutch for these guys with that type of justification. Obama standards now!
i thought 'eagles coach' was clear enough but in case its not...
