Obama may do a lot of things, but getting past racism won't be one of them. White people like him because he's safe; black people like him because he's dangerous.
Somebody will lose.
The real judgment won't come until he's in office. Once Barack makes the distinction of whether his God is white or supernatural, we'll be right back at square one. Everybody's "change" can't coexist.
Sometime I wonder about the subject of this comic (the rift between civil right gen and the new gen). Almost every person I know that is from that (civil rights)gen is behind Barack Obama so where is this idea coming from? I know very few black people (of all ages) that are voting against Barack. So I wonder whythis idea is popular? And who is pushing this?
