"Unko Mike...how did you pull off that magic trick (custody)? Was baby momma on crack?" Paul

As far as I know my ex-wife was not on crack.

The things is this, if things went in accordance with the stated law, then men would likely obtain custody as often as women. But it doesn't really work that way. It appears that judges usually make up their minds on what they think is correct or fair and then fit the law, particularly the case law, around their often pre-determined decision.

In my case I had to litigate in New York City and in Georgia. The case was brought by my then wife in NYC before a prominent white female judge who had just been appointed by Mayor Bloomberg and who previously had been a prominent feminist activist in lesbian and gay causes and who initially greeted me in Court with the words: "So you are the one who has been hiding out in Georgia".. Never mind that we had bought a house in Georgia, my then wife had delivered the child down to Georgia to live and had returned to New York on her own.

In addition the guardian ad litem who the Court appointed (a young white female) for my daughter recommended that my daughter be turned over to my then wife, while my then-wife's black female (and as I was made to understand lesbian "womanist") attorney did her best to portray me as the stereotypical no-good Nigger male.

The shit was a nightmare.
