They do it PRIVATELY. They don't create tv shows trying to convince the world that slutting around is great, fun and cool. They don't tell their daughters that slutting around is great, and pump them full of HPV vaccines and breast-cancer-causing birth control pills. They don't have babies out of wedlock and built a society of baby mamas.
Because doing it privately, they still know what kind of cultural suicide would happen if that practice were publicly acceptable. One need only look at the American Black community to see cultural suicide in action.
