But how can we advocate not being PC, but, at the same time, be disgusted by what's on TV?
It's kind of a double edged sword.
It's not a double-edged sword.
I am disgusted by what's on TV SO I DON'T WATCH those things I find disgusting. And I encourage others not to watch it.
But the hell if anyone, including myself, should have the right to dictate what can and cannot be said in any media.

What will "being disgusted" accomplish for us?
I'm truly asking a question.
Like both of you, I look at TV and marvel at the horrible effect it's having on the sheep. By doing that, aren't I being part of the "PC" police, but just of another stripe?
If I believe that dudes shouldn't french kiss on TV, does that make me part of the PC police?

When you DEMAND THE POWER TO FIRE people who do things in which you don't believe ... it's another story.
They should be free to French kiss on TV as long as we are free to say that's some disgusting nasty shit.
Tampering with either 'freedom' jeopardizes the other freedom.
