Too many people want to win by being the "coolest"...thats ok if you're a rapper..but bad for just about everything else....
I remember once I worked a job in high school, where I worked with a bunch of black people of various ages at Target( I was like 17)...I always had great ideas, always worked hard...and I that happened was they mocked me, for being smart hard working and mocked me even more when I was promoted to assistant lead
